We stopped by for ice cream here while it was hot, both were very good quality but I think we probably would've liked other flavors better. Ninja was more decadent than sweet, me and my partner both agreed that it could use more pop rocks--which gave a pretty pleasant and fun texture to work with alongside ice cream! As for the red bean and taro, both the red bean and taro components were less sweet than I preferred, but the plain milk ice cream was so rich and had a perfect texture. I do wish the corn flakes were also on the top of the ice cream as well. They added the sweetness I was looking for! We got soda too after, grapefruit and the rose lychee one I believe? Which we both agreed were better than the ice cream. The atmosphere is cute and trendy, although a little bit more barren the deeper you get into the store. Service was fine, quite fast even! I'd like to come back and try new things next time and hopefully find a favorite!
After having had a brown sugar ice cream for dessert at a Korean bbq restaurant I've been looking for a spot that sells it. That's when I found Nobibi. Came here and got exactly that. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Just the right amount of sweetness and I like that they had added corn flakes, added a crunchy texture. I like the interior, a lot of neon lights, and there's also some claw machines inside. Great spot for a sweet treat
Drinks were delicious, the woman working behind the counter today provided great customer service and was very welcoming and kind. The ambiance inside is very fun and interactive with claw machines and little trinkets you can buy. I would suggest anyone to come.
Really delicious ice cream full of sweetness. And a nice selection of ice cream flavors. My favorite one was the Biscoff in a cup. Silvia service was awsome in helping in making a choice of what to get since I was a first timer. The place is nice and clean and very cute and cozy.
First-time visitor to this ice cream shop, and I instantly became a fan. The ice cream is DELICIOUS, the service is FANTASTIC, and the shop's vibe is fun and relaxing. The choices of ice cream flavors are plentiful and will leave you wanting more. Parking is available on the street.
Stopped by Nobibi for a matcha latte and immediately entered the real challenge: finding parking. The lot was basically playing hard to get, but thankfully there are a couple of designated pickup spots that saved the day. Jordan was super helpful, the shop was spotless, and my drink came out faster than I could finish my parking victory lap. As for the matcha latte? It was smooth, delicious, and exactly what a matcha latte should be. No weird surprises, no trendy experiments, just pure green tea happiness in a cup. Well done!!!
It was our first time here and we will definitely be repeat customers. We had the strawberry and brown sugar soft serve. It was very very fresh, delicious, refreshing, no frills. The service was great, the lady that helped us gave us great service. Lastly, the place is very clean which is important.
My friend and I came here after dinner cause we were craving something sweet. So happy we found this place cause we weren't disappointed. We went about 45 mins before closing and it was empty. The vibes were cool cause they had claw machines, neon lights, and some stuff to purchase like keychains. I got the biscoff and my friend got the dalgona. Both were so so good! We would come back for more

Instagrammable Asian inspired dessert spot specializing in ice cream and drinks (boba, etc). We went around 7pm on a Sunday and it was not busy, but it got quickly busy right afterwards, probably post-dinner rush. We first got the dream cloud which has a huge circle of cotton candy (blue and pink), vanilla ice cream, and various fixings include toasted marshmallow. It is very aesthetic and would definitely make a kid happy. The overall dessert is okay though - marshmallow could be toasted more and the distribution of ingredients could be better. The fixings like pocky are fairly standard but we nonetheless enjoyed the sweet cravings. The one part I had to take a star off - the boba. We later got the toasted osmanthus milk tea with boba specifically requesting less sweet and less ice but half the cup was ice, so the value is just not there. I guess we got drawn by the fact that boba was included for the drink at $5.99+tax but then we ended up not even getting any savings compared to a standard boba place because there's just not enough drink. The flavor of the drink is also a bit watered down. Skip the drinks, but I would recommend the ice cream selections!

They have a camera you can take pictures in front of. I love the cat decor here! Super cute! Do you know what Nobibi means? Google says, "If you can do this better, just do it, if not, don't waste time talking". If it is written as No Bibi, it means "Stop gossiping". Interesting. Not sure what their context for the name's meaning is. Anyways........ We shared a Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Cup. It was like a Sundae with lots of goodies in and on it! Pistachio Soft-Serve with Pistachio pieces, Kunafe, Chocolate Syrup, and Cornflakes. Delicious and decadent! They had four flavors of soft-serve available when we went. There is Vanilla, Chocolate, Ube, and Pistachio. I wonder which flavor they use in their "Ninja" one since they don't have Oreo ice cream (which is black)? They offer cones, egg puffs, and Cotton Candy. There are a bunch of cold drink options, too. They have sodas, teas, coffees, and milk frostys. About their Cotton Candy, I will reiterate that it is freshly spun! Actually, spun for the order! I was half expecting for them to grab pre-made cotton candy from a bin like I've seen done at other popular places. But not here! I was elated to get fresh Cotton Candy! Yummy!! I was given a choice, too! I chose the Blue Raspberry. I would visit a Nobibi again at a closer location, like the Buena Park one.
I was craving a sweet drink. So, I ordered a couple of drinks using Uber Eats. The drinks were well packed. Thanks to the staff. My order was as follows: - Moomoo Mango 5/5 The flavor of sweet mango blended with the creaminess of milk were excellent. It was such a refreshing and enjoyable drink. - Sakura Blossom 5/5 Imagine the combination of rose petals & Lychee soda, it was absolutely refreshing. It felt like summer but in a cold February day. - Biscoff Matcha 5/5 It was such a unique drink! The mixture of matcha and caramel cookie butter was amazing, then topped with crumbled biscoff! The drink was rich, creamy and had well balanced flavor of matcha and biscoff. - Pink Unicorn 5/5 The drink was a dessert! Very rich and creamy strawberry with milk based. It was perfectly sweetened. I was really impressed with their drinks. For sure, I will stop by and try more of their delicious drinks and ice cream.

Nobibi is seriously the cutest spot. The décor is adorable -- claw machines, plush pillows, and dreamy little details everywhere. It honestly feels like stepping into a castle floating in the clouds. The staff/barista was incredibly friendly and helpful. He gave thoughtful recommendations and made great adjustments to the drink based on what I ordered. You can tell he really cares about getting it right. The drink itself came out looking so cute -- and tasted just as good. Perfect balance of flavors without being overpowering. Honestly, next time I might skip the toppings altogether because the drink already shines on its own. No boba needed when the base is that good. Stopped by Nobibi for ice cream and had a nice experience. I liked that they let you sample the flavors before deciding. I tried the ube, which was a little too sweet for me, so I went with pistachio instead. The pistachio was good, but the real pistachio topping they crush and sprinkle on top actually made it so much better and added a great flavor and texture. We also got the vanilla with no toppings and thought it was a little plain, so we agreed the toppings probably make the ice cream better. The employees were friendly and offered us a menu while we were deciding. They also have cute claw machines you can play, which adds a fun little touch. There are some small tables and chairs inside for guests to enjoy their treats and claw machines with cute prizes inside. Their Dream Cloud is soft serve surrounded by a ring of cotton candy - this is such a fun treat for kids. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio ice cream and my kids got ice cream cones with their choice of ice cream. If searching for a unique memory, I recommend Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina). It's edible art. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream ($7.99) and Pink Unicorn ($6.50). [Important Note: Nobibi is Card and Mobile Payment Only. No cash.] I arrived at Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina) on Friday (around 3PM). Unlike its plain exterior, Nobibi's interior is playful and upscale. The tables and seats appeared unused, and its decorations and artwork (giraffes with glasses) is adorable. There was no wait. When I arrived, Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina) was empty. Staff (receipt said Emily) is welcoming, helpful, and professional. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream ($7.99) and Pink Unicorn ($6.50). The order was completed in four minutes and 40 seconds. Fast! The ice cream and blended drink arrived picturesque. It's artfully crafted, and these treats are absolutely perfect for snapping a picture to share with potentially jealous friends. The taste is also enjoyable. The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream ($7.99) is very silky. Its miniature toppings gave a happy crunch. The chocolate is rich, and the pistachio taste is noticeable. However, this ice cream contains a salty kick. The saltiness makes the taste pop, but it lingers and reduces the desire for more. The Pink Unicorn ($6.50) is a blended chill drink of milk and strawberries. It's flavorful and enjoyable. The beverage is very cold, very smooth, and milky. Despite the thinly crushed ice, the drink flows easily. It's also a very aesthetically pleasing drink. I especially appreciated the fresh strawberry flavors and the large amount of liquid. Concerning these products, they're definitely unique and memorable. Although these products are good-quality, they're not products that would create a intense craving or desire to repeatedly snack on. These products felt more like an event that you'd occasionally show off to a friend or family member. Regarding ambiance, Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina) has a childlike charm. It's decorated like a Downtown Disney cafe with an emphasis on cute photograph opportunities. The counter glowed different colors; the tiny claw machines shined; and its clock had a cute cat theme. If I had to nitpick, the location needed more sweeping. I understand that it's an understaffed location, but there were tiny crumbs under a few tables and a dirty napkin beneath the wooden egg-like chair. Thankfully, the place is well-ventilated and refreshing. Other than that, the ambiance at Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina) is a strongpoint. Overall, Nobibi Ice Cream (West Covina) is a wonderful place to create a memory. The taste isn't spectacular, but its design and presentation is exceptional. First time visitor. Let me say, I was impressed! It was clean, bright, and had a relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Brown Sugar Bobo Cup and my husband ordered the Strawberry Blush. Both were excellent! They had unique flavors with smooth creamy textures. I did love the boba that was added. I have never had it with ice cream and now I am a fan. I will definitely be returning to this place. Our server Jordan, was absolutely amazing! He was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and he genuinely cared about our experience. I first tried Nobibi at their Pomona location and had such a great experience, both in store and taste wise. When I saw they opened a West Covina location, I was excited. We ordered the Biscoff Ice Cream and Uji Matcha. Their ice cream is good, very creamy and thick and I can't really remember anything about their Uji Matcha. Service was good, staff was friendly, though our order took a bit of time to come out. We ate our items in the shop and and overall it's a cute vibe. We've come here a few times to try a variety of items. The crew consistently delivers in their drinks and their ice cream. My favorite is the Biscoff. It is anchored with corn flakes, has a caramel drizzle and is topped off with a Biscoff cookie. The soft served ice cream is not very sweet so it works well with the caramel and the cookie. There's plenty of seating. The tables are adorned with small, whimsy, centerpieces. When it's busy the tables may be sticky as there's not enough staff to wipe the tables down timely. The only headache with this location is the shared parking. Otherwise, it's a nice place to go to wind down. read more

I was craving something sweet and new and finally visited this place. Its a hidden gem in Covina. So many selections. I ordered the Strawberry Blush and it totally hit the spot. The establishment was quite welcoming and great for groups. If you are up for a treat and dont know where to take your significant other, I strongly recommend this place. read more
My kids and I were in the West Covina neighborhood, and they were craving sweets. One wanted cotton candy, while another wanted bubble tea and ice cream. I found this store called "Nobibi" that has everything in this modern dessert shop. The space is very spacious, with plenty of charming locations to capture Instagram-worthy shots. The Dream Cloud dessert comes with cotton candy, strawberry sprinkles, and toasted marshmallows. The Dream Cloud dessert is very large and amazing for pictures! The drinks and Hong Kong Egg Puff are delicious, and we want more! The staff members who work there are extremely polite, friendly, and enjoyable to interact with. Make sure to visit and support this business. My family and I will definitely return for more sweets next time. read more

Very disappointing visit today. First off we had received a text from the rewards program saying we had a $5 off coupon so this was the reason that we chose coming here over somewhere else. When we got there as they claimed that we didn't have the coupon because we didn't have enough rewards points, even though we're clearly said in text message. Either way we ended up getting the ice cream, sat down and started eat it... then noticed the guy behind the counter was chewing gum with his mouth open (he was the one who is making the food), he also multiple times proceeded to touch his head, run his hands through his hair and even put his hand in his mouth at one point without washing his hands and then went back to handling food. He made our order twice, then realized he made a mistake and so then put the product back in the machine, set the cones aside and use them for the next customers. The girl behind the counter also did not have her hair up as per health code. Overall, we decided, unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be coming back to this location ever again, even though our first time coming here and several after that, we're really good. Things have clearly changed. The customers behind us also had the same text message but we're told that they didn't have enough rewards points either. Is clearly just a ploy and false advertisement to get people to come in. Also, the quality and texture of their ice cream has gone downhill from when we first started coming here. They have also change their hours and then close at 8 PM read more

I was in the mood for something sweet and came across this trendy ice cream spot on Yelp. This brick and mortar has a cute theme - it's spacious and clean. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and was patient since it was our first time there. My son ordered the Rose and Lychee soda which he loved. To share, we ordered the Soft served Vanilla Ice Cream with the Biscoff topping. The sundae is layered with corn flakes at the bottom, a caramel drizzle and Biscoff crumbs throughout so you get a little of everything in one bite. It definitely satisfied my craving and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend checking them out if you're craving something sweet. read more

I'm not a big fan of sweets or desserts. But it was Mother's Day and I wanted to get a treat with the kiddos. I got the soft serve fruity pebbles. Delicious hands down best soft serve I've had in a while very long time. And the black cone was very tasty. My son got Mango smoothie and hubby got Ube soft serve with lychee jelly. All 3 Prices were good not over the top. It was empty which was perfect. We will definitely be back to try other menu items. read more
Came across this dessert shop on Instagram and loved it! I ordered their milk ice cream in a bubble waffle cone that one was amazing and a nice portion! My boyfriend got the cookies and cream shake that was alright, it tasted a bit too icy which gave it a water down flavor after a bit. Parking: The parking lot has a decent amount of parking spaces. However I would say the spots can be tight. Inside: The inside is very spacious and cutely decorated. They have table seating, beanbag seating and couch seating. They do not have self ordering kiosks at this location. You order at the counter with the cashier. Roasted Milk Boba: This is the first time I tried this drink. It was a tad overly sweet even though I got it less sweet. The boba was fresh and chewy. This drink does not have caffeine inside. I would say overall I liked it, but would ask for half or a quarter sweet next time. Overall: I have been to a couple of NoBiBi locations. I loved that they opened one closer to me. I would definitely come back here again. PSA: At this location they have a small photo station where you can take photos and send them to yourself. I think that was a cute little touch. Nobibi is dessert heaven! Whether you're craving ice cream, or milk teas. There's something for everyone. The store itself is really spacious and clean! Staff here is friendly and can assist you with ordering, or you can use the self serve tablet to order. I definitely come here for the milk teas as they are made fresh to order. read more

Nobibi recently opened close by, so we decided to try it one evening. Walking in, it was very spacious and well-lit, with really cute photo opps set up around the store. It wasn't crowded, and the person at the register answered our questions swiftly and gave us a few recommendations. I ordered the dalgona brulee, and the coffee was strong! I enjoyed it, even though it was very rich. We also got a create your own cup for our kid, who wanted fruity pebbles in his ice cream. It was very high quality soft serve, and he enjoyed it. read more
