They made my wedding cake pops during Covid and I asked if they could wrap each one individually so I can deliver them to my family and friends. I'm very disappointed with this business, it does not provide good customer service. They host a website that takes orders for events and then turn back just before the event date unable to fulfill the order. I called, emailed, and placed an order according to all information I could understand from the webpage within the suggested timeframe. Follow up was slow and somewhat cryptic from the business. I wanted to support this small businesses, but please consider updating your website to not take orders that you aren't able to actually fulfill - people plan parties around your treats and are left to scramble a day before their event without any follow up from you or solutions being offered. read more
