I could not distinguish it from any other sweetener. The bring was smooth and gone too quick. The shop was a pretty good side and very quiet when I went, late afternoon. It felt like a great place to get so work done. My only note, is that as a medium it was a bit smaller than the norm. So I would advise expecting smaller sizing.

It's in a great location near some several other shops, so is a convenient place to stop if you are running errands in Gresham. The actual boba drink itself was surprisingly sweet considering I had ordered a 30% sweet. It was a very syrupy sweetness without a lot of tea or fruit flavor to balance it out. Also, there were seeds of the passion fruit in the drink that were unpleasant to find. Overall, pretty meh for someone who has had a lot of boba drinks, but not a bad place if you are a boba newbie or like super sweet drinks.

I had coffees from the Country Coffee shack multiple times on my last trip to Gresham to visit…read morefamily (Thanks Sis!!!) and each coffee I tried was fantastic! From hot coffees to cold brews, all were tasty and made to my specifications (sugar free, minimal syrup pumps). This shack also offers oat, soy, or coconut milk... which makes staying somewhat low-carb easier (on vacation, so lived a little dangerously this visit!). There are multiple Country Coffee locations around the metro area, but I'll be sure to swing back by this one the next time I'm up in the PNW.

Posting my review here because the owner claims I don't know what place I'm talking bout. Only one sweet bettys I know and it's this one. This is not a fake review. Owner is now claiming that the service was not good because it was busy. As a normal restaurant. Even during the covid. Should be able to Accommodate any table. Why is a 12 top any different. ??? Any other restaurant would have been fine with a 12 top. Like I said that place hires super inexperienced servers not fit for a rush on the daily. Can't even handle a big table. I've handles a 24 top perfectly fine. a rush should not depend how great a service should be too they actually should be at there prime during a rush and be able to handle whatever is coming. Love the new scene or the new location.. but your costumers service needs to be fixed. We got there the hostess was really quiet and super unwelcoming. She was awkward. Felt like I needed to do all the talking. we made a reservation. Was told to come back once a text was received. Waited over an hour so we just went back and suddenly a table was ready. I'm thinking if we never came back we would have been waiting even longer for a " text " for our table to be ready. We were not really attended as much and the food just wasn't a worth the wait. our waiter barely check on us. Looks like you hired a bunch of kids instead of experienced people. Already went twice and was disappointed. Never again will we be going and I'm definitely telling other not to go. You guys were better at your old location. And the servers were way better. We used to eat at that location as regulars and it's upsetting that it's no longer the same. Upgrade your staff to a more experienced crew. serving skills need to be upgraded so does the kitchen. As someone who has worked in restaurants service for almost 10 years this was pretty disappointing read more

I haven't been here since the move to the new location and WOW! The new space is bright and perfectly decorated. The food was wonderful and the service was amazing. Our server had the right mix of making sure we were ok while not asking a question when we had a mouthful of food. LOL, you can't teach that! I had the benedict and extra crispy hash browns. I can tell right away the hash browns weren't from a big bag of frozen potatoes. My partner had the biscuits and gravy. The food was great and the portions were perfect. There was a little bit of a wait, (15 minutes) but don't go out to brunch on a sunday if you can't handle a little wait. Our meal was worth the wait. The only thing I didn't understand: no one wears uniforms, totally cool and part of the vibe, but the hostess was wearing sweats and a huge T-shirt. She looked like she was in pajamas. Been to this restaurant over a dozen times in the past few years............ I'm in absolute shock that this place has such high ratings. Worst service every single time I've been in! All the servers I've had has attitude and if you look around you usually see staff on their phones instead of greeting customers. The food is mediocre and personally over priced. Plus just word of advice to the owner Stop using baby bottles for milk.. it's gross or at least replace the bottles more often they look like you found them in a free box out on the streets of Se Portland. Like honestly wow, get it together Gresham, if you call this place good I'm serious afraid of what you truly think is the best. Personally go to polar king, Blackbear, even to bandits in Troutdale if you want good food and good service for breakfast. read more

Visited this place for Breakfast. ordered: Eggs Benedict- we are vegetarian and I specifically mentioned waitress for no meat option and she noted down avacado instead of beacon on my plate. Half way through my meal I find a thin slice of meat. I spoke to waitress and she did not even bother to apologize. All I got back was "let me get you a new one with no meat" I am surprised this place is running with such lousy waitresses and nobody cares? Huevos rancheros - tasted nice but home fries were under cooked. Garden omlette - only thing that was tasted above avg on the table. Mediocre menu, chicken fried steak that's frozen and reheated, and a new location that isn't nearly as cool as the old one. Plus, the owner is nuts and has a bad reputation among former employees. Since the pandemic she's complained numerous times on FB about workers being lazy because she can't fill her open positions (which she was also advertising for ridiculously low pay). The owner here fancies herself as a social justice warrior, but turns out she's just another whiney boss with a so-so restaurant. Slow service, no shading on the patio, no evolution of the menu, bland hashbrows, eggs always slightly overcooked... you get the idea. read more

Completely wowed by the sign that greets you at the front door. They are more concerned about flipping tables than you staying and enjoying your meal and company. If you want to linger - other than waiting forever for crap service and rudeness - then turn around and leave because that is what their sign says. Read the pic attached. BTW-I love loud music and I'm always patient with staff as long as they are friendly. You will not find friendly here or ppl in training. You find a restaurant with an attitude. I stopped in for Breakfast on a Saturday Morning and had to wait for a Table. It was busy so I expected quality Food. I ordered Links,Eggs over hard and Hash browns and a Pancake with Coffee. So my review: Coffee Cup was on the small side and the creamer was in a Baby Bottle? weird! Coffee was just average. Eggs average. Sausage Links tasted of low quality Pork links. Hash browns tasted average. Pancake sprinkled with powered sugar Yuk! and Margarine Yuk! so there you have my honest review. I came in for lunch today with my mom, the restaurant was a little slow but our server Grace was awesome! She shared the new dinner menu with us, gave us food recommendations and helped us pick an alcoholic beverage to go with our meal. I got the Mediterranean salad, the portion size was huge and it was so light and refreshing. My mom got the club sandwich with fries, the fries were delicious and she paired it with a huckleberry lemon drop which was delicious. Love this spot. When we moved to "farther out" portland, we were a little bummed by the lack of good brunch offerings but when we found this spot it became our go to. The food is consistently delicious, their politics are spot on (as a queer couple, we feel welcome!), and the new spot is bright and lovely. It was yummy, as was my ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. The elevated plating for the croissant sandwich was a nice touch. Instead of blobbing mustard on the plate or offering packets, they gave my plate a pretty swoosh of mustard with a sprinkling of chopped chives. I didn't expect this, but I appreciate that they went the extra step, as we eat first with our eyes! This is definitely a great stop coming to or from The Gorge and we look forward to visiting again in the future.
