This place is a hidden gem.You will find it in the Airport Business Center.They open 8:00am and are only open Monday through Friday, no weekends. This is an exceptional local shop for breakfast and lunch. Sue is the absolute sweetest and always makes you feel so welcome. This cafe is the closest food option to our work and we all really enjoy it. There's always daily specials (and they actually get posted online every day.) my favorite is the Hungarian mushroom soup. The sandwiches and salads are excellent and there's always something for everyone! If you find yourself hungry over near the airport, this is a solid choice. Ive been coming here for a year now and I come about once a week, sometimes more because its really convenient for work. They take phone orders and Fax orders. Today I chose to finally break down and get the taco salad, its usually a Weds only special. I have been missing out!!!!! OMG this thing is so good and huge! AND, its not a healthy salad by any means. Its basically like a big plate of nachos with ground beef taco meat. Their customer service was unparalleled! The woman who took our order was extremely friendly, and was quick to provide a breakdown of all the places we need to see while in Portland. I ordered their # 2, which consisted of bacon, eggs, hash browns, and toast. It was simple, delicious, and a good bang for your buck. I also tried their Spicy Turkey and Rice soup. This is going to be my winter go to spot while I'm on this side of town. I had a delicious vegetarian grilled panini with pesto and artichoke spread and a super yummy Hungarian mushroom soup (that appears to be a daily menu item) for around $11.00!! A short walk from the Radisson hotel, I tried it for breakfast and lunch today. The place is new, and clean, and the people there were great - friendly, sincere. For breakfast, I had the burrito, which had scrambled egg, hashbrown, bacon, cheese, and was served with a side of salsa. The portion was just right - not too small, not too big, and everything tasted great. I added a bit of sriracha for a little kick. Lunch, they had a half a sandwich, cup of soup and a drink special. I had the turkey sandwich, and the sandwich was great. Freshly made, all of the ingredients tasted great. For soup, I went with the broccoli and cheese soup. Tasted like it was out of Panera Bread, in a great way. I hope this business continues. The place is clean, but it's a bit bland for style and design. From what I was told, it's new, so that's understandable. When I come back here next year, I'll be looking for it! read more

It was 10:30 am and there were only 2 or 3 other customers, which was perfect. I ordered a hot sandwich of some sort, and selected from the relative abundance of tables. I am on a business trip at Portland. My warehouse really close to this restaurant, after I found this place, I only go to this place for lunch if there is no special reason. I have tried their taco salad, tuna salad. They both very fresh and good taste. I also have fresh toasted turkey sandwich and roasted beef sandwich, teriyaki chicken. I like them. They cook well and taste delicious! They have special offers everyday. And more important is the price is very reasonable! This may not a good place for date, but for breakfast and brunch, really a good choice! I went with a friend for breakfast and got their eggs, hash browns, bacon, and toast. For the quantity and quality of the food we got, it was reasonably priced and I left very satisfied! The owner, Sue, is awesome! She was super welcoming and took really good care of us. On top of the excellent customer service and generous free samples of their soup of the day, she recommended places for my friend and I to visit, since it was our first time in Portland. This was the local cafe with regular customers straight out of a movie! If I ever come back to Portland, I'll definitely stop by again! read more
