I emailed them on June 30 requesting that I needed the delivery date to change from July 7 to July 10 as they were staying out of town for the funeral a little bit longer. They never replied to me so I did a follow up email again wanting to confirm that they received my email and that the change has been made as nobody was home. I was out of the country and only had access to my computer for an email. That's why I did not call however they do say to email with any questions and it was a Gmail address. Needless to stay the flowers were delivered on the 7th, nobody was home and I emailed them again the next day and they replied and just simply said they never got my emails and they appreciate my understanding. However, I did as I should and contacted them directly multiple names to change the date, I think I'm saying they never received. The emails isn't unacceptable excuse. I did everything correct and I gave them ample notice for the change now the flowers won't even get seen by the person they were sent to... they didn't offer any type of amendment and kind of just wrote me off... very very poor customer service and so bummed.
