I order an arrangement for my wife for a very special occasion. The flowers were delivered from Safeway. They were addressed to me not my wife. It was the wrong arrangement. I spent $196.00 and only got a dozen roses and some filler. I contacted customer service many times and was emailed back and offered a 15% credit for a comepletely wrong order. I didn't even get the 15% credit. Lesson learned buyer beware. read more

I was ordering this for pick up by my 16 year old son for his prom on 4/6/24. Always looking for a good florist back in the day my florist was Sweet Leilani on Dillingham Blvd but they closed down. I recently found this florist called Sweet Blossoms Florist located on Kapahuluu next door to Sweet E's Cafe . My sister birthday falls on April 26 and of course the very busiest month to order leis . Especially Pikake her favorite lei and it's hard to get . It's Merrie Monarch , graduation, May Day it's crazy . Been living in Kaimuki area over 10 years and didn't notice this florist finally I stopped by and they were close @ 4pm. Next day I called and asked her how hard is it to get Pikake the owner of the florist said very hard. But she replied you can call on Wednesday and Friday that's when they get there shipment of flowers. So I called Wednesday no luck than I called Friday she said I'm in luck she just received a rope pikake I told her save it for me I'm coming down after work and she did . The next day was Saturday so I went down to pay for it and picked it up because the Florist is close on Sunday and actually that's the day I was taking my sister to Sunday brunch . I purchased the lei and talked to the owner found out she was in business at that location for 15yrs wow talking about finding a Diamond in the ruff. I'm in California and ordered this over the phone, which is nerve wrecking because you don't really know what you're paying for until it shows up... My budget was $50 she said +15 for delivery, OK. I arrived in Oahu Monday and had my sunrise engagement shoot the next day at 6 a.m.! I was in dire need of a haku for my shoot and Sweet Blossoms came to the rescue. She asked what colors I wanted and replied "Anything that goes with a white dress". She had it down in exactly two hours. And I was able to pick it up 30 minutes before they closed. I was in need to send flowers to someone while I live far away from Hawaii. When I called they were very polite even when I had trouble figuring out the location to send the flowers to and taking a while to figure things out. They constantly stayed in touch with me when the place the flowers were supposed to go to were close and asked if there was somewhere else they could be sent to as I was trying to find another address they waited for me even though they would be closing soon. When I couldn't find another place they insured me they would send them first thing in the morning when the place they were supposed to go to opened. Not happy. Got a small bouquet for my wedding. Flowers did not look fresh, only average... and charging $219 for a small bouquet is a rip off. I wouldn't complain if the flowers look good/fresh, but they were not. They shouldn't have to charge top dollar for only average freshness flowers. In addition to that, for groom's small flower that goes onto my jacket, they did not include a "safety pin" for the needle that holds the flower, and i got poked very badly right near my heart with the pin. Glad that they saved $ 0.10 on the safety pin... I'm giving 2 stars because lady was nice, and flowers were there on time. Look elsewhere. read more

I have gone here before for special bouquets and am always very pleased! They are true professionals and do an amazing job every time. I just tell them the amount want to spend, occasion, color preference and they do the rest! Because I am not very picky, but if you like something more specific, know they do that as well. One I ordered last week was a memorial bouquet and it was just gorgeous and my friend truly loved it. I'm so grateful to find this shop in the last minute. I had previously ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom from Paradise Baskets and Flowers. Luckily I chose to order it the day before, because it was not ANYTHING like i ordered... In panics, I google and yelled flower shops and SWEET BLOSSOMS popped up. I gave her a call about 430, asking if there was a way she could either fix or make a new corsage for me. She was very pleasant on the phone. I rushed over and showed her what I received. And she kindly explained to me why they weren't supposed to use such heavy flowers and showed me what she could make the corsage with. I decided to just go ahead and order a new one with her. She literally, started to make the new one in front of me as we chatted and asked me to give her some time to make it. I was thinking that meant I'd have to come back the next day because it was 5, and they closed at 530. She asked me to come back in just 30minutes!!! I was in shocked. With the exception of seeing my bride walk down the aisle, I was most surprised by the flowers at our wedding. I want to emphasize that I wasn't "pleasantly surprised based on how much it cost".
