I've been a regular here for a couple of years now. It's alot cheaper than seeing a therapist. I highly recommend it. The bar staff is always friendly and welcoming. The DJs do their best to please everyone's requests n some of them can actually sing quite well. That's always a treat! Overall it's a great place to meet new people, hang out with the girls, and sing your heart out. It's also conveniently located across the street from a 711 n right next door to a burger joint. Food is right next door at Burgermeister (we did not indulge), but Sweet Caroline's lets you bring it back into the venue and eat it there so you don't miss any of the fun. Who knew that this cute little karaoke bar was tucked away beside Burgermeister. It was our last stop after a long Sunday Funday. It's very small and quaint, but the energy and aesthetic was anything but. Walking in everyone was buzzing about, grabbing drinks at the bar, and singing and dancing along with the people on stage performing their renditions of their favorite songs. The bartender was super cool and friendly, and although I only had club soda with lime, my friends enjoyed their cocktails. This place is tons of fun if you love Karaoke or just singing along. Caroline's is really popular so there may be a short wait to get in, but there's an outdoor area with hightop tables and chairs. Once indoors it's standing room only and a VERY intimate space. They have a full bar and prices are reasonable for drinks. It was fun to watch the brave ones belt out their song, but thankful that the volume on the mic wasn't so loud it overpowered the crowd signing along. Definitely a good time. I got a tequila-based one -- can't remember the name of it, but it was delicious! The real highlight was the karaoke though... my turn came before long, and I got up on stage and I had support from the DJ. It was GREAT! I performed two songs, and one of them even had some cool stage effects (fog, etc.). We came here on a Sunday evening, at the end of my birthday weekend, because I wanted to sing some karaoke. It wasn't too busy when we got there. I was able to sing my first song relatively quickly and put in for another. Drinks weren't good here. I didn't even finish mine (whiskey/ginger). The ginger was very flat and didn't have any flavor. The sound system was turned way up at some point, to the point where a few of my friends needed to leave because of how loud it was. I asked the DJ to turn it down and he did a bit. But it was still unnecessarily loud and you couldn't talk to the person next to you without yelling. I always love karaoke so it didn't disappoint there. But wouldn't be a spot I'd frequent if I lived in Miami. read more

We arrived early so Sweet Caroline was EMPTY. which is nice because we got a spot to park our butts and got our first round of drinks before it became nigh-impossible to get to the bar. We also got a list of songs early! Once we were there, one of the bartenders started "warming up" by doing a couple of karaoke song... which prompted the first song and so on and so forth. I WAS A BLAST! Little by little the place became packed tight, and by the end of our night (relatively early by the young ones' standards) we had been practically pushed out of our table by kids (to clarify: no, not minors. Came in for a friends Bday, ordered 2 drinks for my GF and I and got a bill for that + 4 shots. Told the bartender I didn't order these but he insisted on putting on my tab. Someone in my group gave me a shot, which I drank they admitted I didn't order the drinks but I had to pay for them. The issue could of been resolved very easily and amicably but the manager simply wouldn't listen and was a jerk about the whole ordeal. He came outside showed me a video of me taking the shot, but when I asked him to show a video me ordering the drinks he repeated he knew I didn't order them but since I took one I had to pay for them. The bartender lost track of who ordered the shots in my group, I was at the bar, and he just put on my tab without permission. I refused to sign the bill rightfully so and still found the charge on my card. I am local not tourist, it was easy issue to make whole, I was neither drunk nor combative but the manager got offensive when I asked him to show me ordering these drinks on video, wouldn't listen and walked inside. There are a lot of better bars in Brickell, only reason I was here was to join my buddy who likes to sing karaoke. I came here on a Wednesday. It was ladies night and women enjoyed free well drinks from 6pm - 11pm, which was an incredible deal. For my first drink, I ordered a tequila soda, after which the bartender said they were "out of tequila" which was a bit odd, but otherwise, it was easy to get drinks. The main draw of this bar is the karaoke. They display the song lyrics on a screen above the stage so the whole crowd can sing along with the performer, which is a great set up. It seemed to be about a 25-30 minute wait for song requests, which wasn't too bad. You can reserve tables which is good for groups but they didn't mind other people sitting in the reserved seats if nobody showed up. Great vibe. Friendly crowd. Clean bathrooms. The bar is small but very nicely decorated with a stage in the corner ready to have you sing your heart out. We went on a Friday night and it was busy. I ordered some Lagunitas IPA which never fails when they don't have the ingredients to make the cocktail you wanted to order. I did get to try one of the other cocktails on their menu and it was nicely put together. Overall cool spot, glad we have something like this in Miami!
