I wish there was more info provided about the gnawers, like where they came from and their benefits (i.e. helps with tartar build up, freshens breathe, helps with teething pups, helps with shiny coat, etc.) and also that they had more of a selection of grooming items like shampoos, brushes, and nail trimmers. Furthermore, the staff NEEDS to be more engaging with their customers/potential customers. When I was in the store with my friend, there was two other people also browsing and four employees behind the register. Not ONE came up to me or the other shoppers the entire time I was in there; instead they kept chitchatting amongst themselves. I ended up getting the toy in the picture along with two jingle collars and a stuffed toy, but if there had been any guidance from the employees about the gnawers, I probably would've picked up some of those too. Additionally, pricing wasn't super clear on the toys. Not every all the toys in the bin or display had a price sticker, so you either took a chance and brought it to the register or had to dig for a hot second to find the price sticker.

A quick check-in would really go a long way. We come here because it's convenient and close to home, and we used to really enjoy bringing him. We've actually been getting nail trims here for years. Prices definitely aren't cheap and seem to keep going up, while the customer service unfortunately feels like it's slipping. I'm hoping communication and service improve because the convenience keeps us coming back, but a better customer experience would make a big difference.

A lady told me that he "passed out." When I saw him, he was completely unresponsive. I was told to rush him to the ER, but he was already gone, and I had no opportunity to be with him during his final moments. The ER was unable to resuscitate him. I later learned that he had been struggling to breathe. The owner did give me a call that night to gather information, and even offered a donation, but I have not heard back since that day almost 2 months ago. I am still completely devastated. I trusted them with his safety, and I lost my best friend. I'm sharing this so that other pet owners are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions about where to take their pets for care. Interview prospective groomers, ask for their care procedures, make sure you are comfortable with who you allow to handle the lives of your loved ones.

They had Leo for SIX HOURS! I tried calling four different times and ended up driving over there after the third hour and they told me he just got into the bath, then they were gonna cut his hair. They didn't give him any water or take him outside (when we left he was desperately trying to drink dirty puddles) and now he's yelping when I go to hug him, so I think they were handling him rough or something. Added a picture of him shaved horribly and a picture of how he normally looks I am heartbroken on many levels. I lost a relationship with a groomer I really liked, I lost my entire day waiting for him to finish, and my baby boy lost his beautiful coat that is going to shed as it grows, leaving little hairs all over my house.
