DON'T BE FOOLED!!! After choosing out the fabrics, the owner, Joseph and his wife came to my house to make measurements of my walls/windows. After making me wait over 1 month for curtains, and paying $3,000, all the curtains that came were the wrong measurements- off by 13 inches to be exact. From what I understand about "custom" curtains, they are custom because they are made to be the specific size you need. If I needed shorter curtains, I would have went to any local retailer. and paid 1/4 of the price. When I brought the curtains back to the store and showed them that he had taken down the wrong measurement, he argued saying that its not his fault. Finally, Joseph said he realizes that he was wrong and he will redo everything as soon as possible. Two days later, he calls us back saying he changed his mind and he doesn't want to redo them. He also refuses to give us our money back. Now i have to pay more money to have all the curtains redone. We are currently filing a lawsuit against them, and submitting complaints to the BBB.
