Morgan had them done in just four hours, and they looked (and smelled!) amazing. Perfectly groomed, happy, and relaxed -- I think even they noticed how good they looked! I have since spent thousands of dollars on veterinary care, and my dog's quality of life has been permanently altered. To this day, I have not received a clear or consistent explanation. I was told my dog got out, was missing for several hours, and later was found. I was not aware he was even injured until after he was picked up by my brother the next day when my brother noticed he was hurt. Even if that account were accurate, he didn't take any accountability for the fact that my dog's back legs are paralyzed and a clear story hasn't been given. He claims he was standing outside while my dog was chewing the fence to escape but if that's the case why continue to let him chew it? Nothing is making sense and when I asked him about it he got defensive. All I wanted was answers. Three weeks later, my dog is still suffering. He lives in constant pain, cannot walk without assistance, and is largely confined to bed rest. When I contacted this man seeking clarity, I was met with anger and defensiveness rather than accountability or concern. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency, judgment, and responsibility. I strongly warn others not to entrust this person with the care of their pet.

They're always willing to listen to my thoughts and concerns, and take that into consideration with whatever the need or appointment is for, but always give me all the options and are real with me. A completely unprofessional experience ... We were seeking a…read moreplace for our dogs from 10/4 to 10/14, but our normal place as booked. This was our first and LAST experience with Indian Shoals. We received an email at 5:17pm on10/3 requesting a deposit payment by 5:30pm. My spouse went online and paid. The payment processed through their system at 5:32pm (it shows a 5:26pm time from our bank). I get a text at 5:53pm stating our reservation was cancelled due to no deposit. I text them and inquired about it, they said it was processed too late (their system!) and the reservation was cancelled with NO REFUNDS. After some banter, they "did me a favor" and fixed it - what "favor" it was your system issue?! So, I agreed to allow my dogs to stay. I dropped them off at 2pm on 10/4 with an expected pick up time at or around the same time. On 10/14 I get a text if my dogs are not picked up by 11:45am there would be a late charge (even though I dropped off at 2pm!). I arrive at 11:57, due to some traffic SO they tried to charge me $15 each dog for being late. I told the front deck employee I dropped off at 2pm, with a 2pm pick up. She said "our system" shows 11:45 scheduled pick up, so your late. I paid the $15 each dog "late fee", it is $30 total, after some banter with the front desk employee ---- BUT, they have lost any future business from me. After I reviewed the invoice emailed to me, I noticed I was charged for an additional day of boarding. I had to call and request a refund for their error. I was told they "don't do refunds" - this was their error and they did not want to refund it! ... they finally agreed to refund the $57 over charge, stated it would be refunded to my credit card. After waiting three days for a refund confirmation and several follow up conversations, then they said they would mail me a check for the $57.00. A refund that could have been done same day took over a week to receive via check. Very unprofessional! While I understand owning and operating a small business, their policies add more stress to the process, the person who handles their text interactions is rude over text, and check your invoices for errors. Now lets talk about my pets - they were literally starving when I pickup them up on the 14th. They each ran into the house searching for food and water, acting like they never ate. I supplied ample food for each dog, enough to have extra, which I never was offered back (I forgot to ask with all the frustration). They can keep the extra food, but hopefully this review helps others make better decision on where to trust their animals. Just Stay Away !!!

I'm pretty picky when it comes to her grooming since she's a long-haired dachshund with a very fluffy coat rather than a traditional drop coat, and I like to keep her looking natural while still cleaned up and shaped nicely. Emilie did an amazing job listening to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! Xena came out looking absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with her groom. Kyss sent me photos and videos of Ziggy playing and having fun with his new friends - he was having a blast! Kyss was so flexible with my drop off and pick up times. When we got back in town, we unfortunately had to make an unplanned stop on our way home which caused us to postpone Ziggy's pick up until the next morning. Thank goodness it was no problem for Kyss though - she was way cool about it and easily made the adjustment.
