Their signature cake is Herbs de Provence, four layers of honey, rosemary, thyme and lavender cake with apricot honey filling frosted with goat cheese icing. I got a Hummingbird, two layers of banana, pineapple, pecan spice cake frosted with cream cheese icing. They were able to order a custom otter edible image to put on it with a happy birthday message. This was right up the birthday girl's alley and hit a home run. The cake was the best gluten free cake any of our party have had, including two celiacs. It was one of best cakes I've had, regardless of gluten. It was moist and flavorful and just so delicious.
