They don't sterilize their equipment other than have it dipped in barbicide. Nail filers are just reused. Pretty disgusting. Appointments mean nothing; you still end up waiting most of the time. read more

I've been here three times, beginning in August 2020. I usually do gel mani. Twice I've done pedis too. The staff is very nice, friendly, welcoming. The salon is clean, bright, and comfortable. There is Plexiglas in all the places I want to see it in order to prevent direct airborne particle contact between the technician and customer. Yesterday I realized that they started my mani without knowing that I had sanitized right before I left the car. I'd like to have had them at least ask if I had sanitized before we touched each other but since I knew I was OK it was more risk to the tech than to me. Prices are reasonable, the time dedicated to each service is reasonable. Good selection of both gel and non-gel polish. I have been offered a free ten minute massage each time. Twice I've been a walk in, once called for an appointment prior to driving over. Each time they've gotten me into a chair quickly. I went here because my normal nail salon was booked for the day and I needed to get my nails done that day. I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. When I sat down I showed her a picture and told her I wanted them the exact same and she did just that. my nails look identical to the photo and I love them. Went for a gel manicure - the nail artist didn't soak/ moisturize my nails - proceeded to push back and clip my dry cuticles which made them bleed. Then my residual nail polish wasn't wiped off and the nail artist proceeded to paint over it. The whole appointment for a gel mani took approx 13 mins - left with bleeding cuticles, spotty & uneven polish, and unmanicured hands. Felt rushed and charged full price - would not go again. read more

I went there today around 4pm for a powder gel manicure. The girl that did my gel left bubbles on my polish. Might of been her first time! Looks horrible and not like I spent $40. Left without complaining but never going to go back. Was going to Happy Nails for years but they closed. Still looking for a place I can go every few weeks and this is not that place. I've been here before and had minimal problems but recently I went for acrylics and I got passed from person to person, none of them knowing how to do it well. One person sat me, another cut my nails, another did the base, and another finished them... I repeatedly asked for lopsided nails and lengths to be fixed but I gave up, payed and I went home and had to file most of them myself My friends came out better but she too did not have a great experience Our nails were more money then we were told and for what we asked for... and for what I got I shouldn't have had to pay read more

I've never left a service without leaving a tip, but today I did. I've been here before and had decent and acceptable service. I must have gotten the wrong girl today. She really didn't give a care. Completely ignored me after she was done. She asked if I wanted my nails trimmed. I said to even them up. She cut them all off. I actually had a little bit of nail growth. She asked if a wanted square or round. I said, "natural." She repeated, "square or round." And when did they stop doing a shoulder massage after? There are about 5 or more nail salons within a few miles on Route 22. With that kind of competition, I think I will explore other nail salon options. read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to. The people ignore you and make it obvious they talk about you and laugh at you with stares . The free massage your supposed to get after any service has completely been forgotten about every time I've been in. The place is dirty looking and they keep the temperate at 80 degrees in the summer. Cheap , dirty people. read more

Love this nail salon! They have the best pedicure services around. Their prices are more than fair and the free massage service they offer is amazing.
