Talia is amazing! She's so talented when it comes to making ice cream, and the adult (alcoholic) flavors pack an impressive punch. We went in on a slow weekday and got to talk with the owner about what she does and why she does it. Her passion and creativity shine through in what she makes! Try the Oreo, it's amazing! And ask her if she's got any special flavors she's working on in the back!

Awesome! Great to have liquor and ice cream together. The owner is great. We will come back every week to try everything on the menu.

More than I've ever seen anywhere else. Interior needs a refresh. Lots of hand written posters everywhere. Seemed a little cheesy. Cute kids area that my kids liked and the girl working was nice. So we waited...10 minutes and she didn't come out so we got our cups and pulled the lever to get the yogurt out and the nozzles were not even on!! Big round logs came out. That's not the worst part. At the fruit bar, I put some mango on my froyo and took a huge bite (after i paid) and the fruit was ROTTEN. Seriously I just paid $7 for this?! Nothing from the counter girl, nothing at all. I've been a loyal customer for 2 years now, going at least 1 time a week. I'm so disappointed!!!! My review from 2012: Nice place :) good frozen yogurt, most all of it is fat free! The toppings are heavy but there is also fruit and nuts and all kinds of stuff. You pay by weight so a cup will cost you around $7-$8. Tip jar at the register is a little tacky since you serve yourself. All they do for you is weigh the cup and ring it up. Really nice treat place though!

My pals had been eating them for the previous few weeks and instilled a craving I finally had time for. It was the great quality I expected from this brand and the coffee and toffee flavors come through. The cashier was friendly and helpful. They have seating inside and the tables outside sit on a wide covered sidewalk that shields them from sun and rain.

It's also come up when I google ice cream places in Canton and it's got five stars there, so tonight we ventured out. We got there an hour or so before close, so the chairs were up but there were still a few people inside ordering, so we ventured in. They have a huge selection of ice cream & sorbets! I got a cake cone of Salty Caramel Truffle and it was awesome. My husband got a Mexican cherry boba fresca with passion fruit and mango boba - apparently the cherry isn't a popular flavor but it was so good! Then we got a little wild and ordered a churro split & a Ferrero milkshake. And elotes... My picky eater daughter got a bag of Takis. What can I say? So yea, the ice cream - so yummy. Hubby got Midnight Caramel River or something and Cappuccino Crunch on his churro split, he preferred the coffee flavor. The milkshake is super tasty - with layers of Nutella and a Ferrero Roche on top! We're already planning to go back and just eat our way through the menu; next time, I'm trying the horchata iced coffee. The girls behind the counter were super nice, quick and made everything just right. Please go try this place & support a local business!

I reserved a table for five here for Mother's Day because we've had mostly good experiences here,…read morehaven't been in a little while, and they had both crab cake Benedict and bottomless mimosas on the prix fixe menu, two of my wife's favorite things. They were clearly understaffed, which was apparent from checking in with the hostess. The line of people waiting to check in with her caused the waiter taking desserts downstairs to have to wait up to five minutes with that tray. Once we were seated, we thought things might go better. Crab cake Benedict was the #1 choice for my wife and BIL, but the kids' menu didn't have the chicken and waffles the guy who called to confirm my reservation had mentioned. That was no problem because my kids have learned to find something to eat wherever we take them, and I ordered chicken and waffles to share with them because I love my kids and knew I would get enough food one way or another. The mimosa came in a wine glass because they had run out of flutes, which was fine by my wife, but she said they tasted heavier on the juice than on the prosecco. My waffles came out a bit burnt, but they replaced them with no problem when we pointed it out. My kids got fresh waffles, and I enjoyed the burnt ones. The chicken was one decent piece for a person, but split between my daughter and me was less than I had hoped for. Thankfully, the salad was a decent appetizer. When the crab cakes Benedict came, we were shocked to see a mess of scrambled eggs on a thin crab cake with an English muffin under. We always ask for hollandaise on the side because that sauce can go several different ways of bad, but in this instance we were genuinely confused how a benedict could come with anything other than poached eggs! The flavor was okay, but the texture and presentation left a lot to be desired. My wife only finished half of hers and didn't touch the limp fries. You can probably figure out how I made do with food in this instance. Our kids, meanwhile, devoured their food like we had starved them their whole lives, so on the plus side we didn't have to hear kids whining about food! Service was polite but very slow. I don't know that we'll be back. With the abundance of good restaurants in our area, it's going to be hard to justify returning here.

Summary: Manager Shakira treated me very rudely and unfairly…read moreat Culver's #613, located at 6778 Hickory Flat Hwy, Canton, GA 30115. What should have been a simple food order for my autistic child turned into a petty, controlling, and intimidating situation over two slices of cheese. My family has ordered the same thing from Culver's for years: two grilled chicken filets with a slice of cheese. We have always been charged for the grilled chicken filets with cheese added separately, not as full sandwiches without buns. My husband had just ordered it the same way the week before. On this visit, Shakira suddenly said it had to be charged as full sandwiches because cheese counted as a topping. So I changed the order and paid for the grilled chicken filets plain. Then I tried to buy the two cheese slices separately, which another employee was willing to ring up for about 85 cents. Shakira ran over and stopped him from selling it to me. At that point, it felt less like policy and more like control. She would rather refund an approximately $20 order that I had already paid for than allow me to buy two slices of cheese separately. She then threatened to call the police while I was waiting for my refund. As a Black customer, having a white manager threaten to call police over two slices of cheese felt very concerning. The only thing I could think was that this felt like what society calls a "Karen" situation -- escalating something small and unnecessary instead of calmly resolving it. She also slammed the drive-thru window hard after saying she would call the police. Now for the full details: I had a very troubling experience at Culver's #613, located at 6778 Hickory Flat Hwy, Canton, GA 30115, involving manager Shakira. My family has ordered from this Culver's location for years. We regularly order two grilled chicken filets with a slice of cheese for my autistic child, who eats the same foods consistently. This has always been rung up as grilled chicken filets with cheese added separately, not as full sandwiches without buns. My husband had just ordered this same way the week before without any issue. On this visit, I ordered the same thing: two grilled chicken filets with cheese. For the first time ever, manager Shakira told me that if cheese is added to grilled chicken, the order must be rung up as full sandwiches without buns. I made it clear that I did not want lettuce, tomato, bun, or any sandwich toppings. I only wanted the grilled chicken filets with cheese, the same way we have ordered them many times before. Shakira said this was their policy and that the policy had supposedly been in place for years, although she also said other employees may not have been aware of it or may not have been following it. Since Shakira said the issue was the cheese being added as a topping to the chicken, I attempted to resolve the issue by purchasing the grilled chicken filets plain. I paid for two plain grilled chicken filets and received a receipt showing the grilled chicken filets, not sandwiches. After that, I attempted to purchase two slices of cheese separately. Another employee was willing to ring up the cheese separately and quoted it at about 85 cents, but Shakira stopped him from selling it to me. She appeared to refuse the cheese because she knew I intended to use it with the chicken. At that point, it felt less like a policy issue and more like pettiness and control. Instead of trying to calmly resolve a simple food-order issue, she offered only the food without cheese or a refund. She then threatened to call police if I did not leave after the refund. I had already asked for my refund and was waiting to receive my money back. As a Black customer, being threatened with police over a minor order dispute involving two slices of cheese felt intimidating, unnecessary, and racially concerning. She also slammed the drive-thru window hard during the interaction. I repeatedly asked for my refund because I had already paid for the order and had a receipt. The order was approximately $20, and Shakira seemed willing to have Culver's lose that entire sale rather than allow me to purchase two slices of cheese separately for about 85 cents. That does not sound like good customer service or good management. It felt like ego, control, and pettiness. I also asked how to contact someone above her or how to contact corporate. Shakira stated that the owner is Tim Auseth and said that there was no way to reach corporate beyond him because he is the franchise owner. She also stated that because it is his store, he has his own rules and standards. That was concerning to hear, because this location still operates under the Culver's name. I later went to another Culver's location the same day, and they were able to ring up a similar order as grilled chicken filets with American cheese charged separately. That is how my family has commonly ordered it before.
