I did this through their website and it said it would be available to pick up at 11:50 a.m. I paid using their Squarespace website. I was just about to leave to pick it up at 1:15pm, when I got a call from the bakery saying "we don't know what your ordered, but you need to cancel the payment because we don't use our website.
