Cake pops in flavor carrot cake, strawberry rasberry, and funfetti.

This was my first time at their new location. They didn't have any lemon bars so I was a bit disspointed. They are practicing social distancing and they make te froyo for you. I got some cake

Yum! Toppings on toppings on toppings!

Update: It's still not good. Tried the Pink Lemonade cupcake and it also wasn't good. Cupcake was dry and the frosting tasted like butter cream with a bad lemon after taste. I tried the Cake Batter and Mango Sunrise and was not satisfied from beginning to end. I've had their froyo a couple times when they first opened and remember it being pretty good for a place in Pullman. I moved back to Pullman about 2 years ago and haven't had a chance to drop in. This time around the Cake Batter froyo tasted like cool whip and had weird buttery after taste. And the mango sunrise was okay but it was more sour than sweet. Also the consistency of the froyo was a little off. And last but not least they didn't have almonds for toppings and the fruit didn't look very appetizing. I'm hoping this was just a bad day to get froyo because like I said I remember it being much better than today...

I'm only reviewing the froyo since I haven't had any of the cupcakes yet. Might go back to try those someday. For the froyo: The original tart flavor was ehhh, both color and taste were off. You normally can't really go wrong with the original tart, but they did unfortunately =( If i come back, i'll be trying the cupcakes.

    So much yumminess!

I love froyo and I'm so glad that a place opened up in Pullman, although now I need to fight my froyo cravings and limit them somewhat so that I don't go broke! One of the things I really like about Sweet Mutiny is that they involved with the school. For the first WSU game of the season they had a deal for Cougs representing the school and they're also doing a deal day for the 30 Days of Pullman. (September 16, buy one get one free! Not going to miss that!) They also show the games on their TVs. The froyo selection hasn't changed too much since school started in August but it's been less than a month, I'm hoping they'll shuffle a couple new flavors in to try out. They have a pretty good selection of froyo with a couple sorbet options. They actually had one of my favorite flavors EVER at the end of last school year (end of April/May), pomegranate-raspberry, which I hope will make an appearance again. They have a good selection of dry toppings and fresh fruit. They also have a can of whip cream to utilize and a fresh baked goods to use as toppings. Their fruit selection can sometimes look super syrupy and a little mashed which is a little deterring but they have a pretty good selection. Then there's the cupcakes. I've never actually had a cupcake there, I usually get too caught up in the froyo, but I hear good things.

This place is not good. I will not be going back. I bought 6 cupcakes, 2 cake pops..... The lack of flavor and in every item was highly disappointing.

The Frozen Yogurt tasted horrible and half of the flavors were not even stocked. Was just an overall bad experience.

I'm not normally here at nights, but I think they're open until 5 Tuesday and Wednesday and then 9 the rest of the days. There are so many good things to say about this place, I'll try to keep it short (no promises): Having been coming here daily for a year, I've had the pleasure of watching the place and the staff grow. They had a couple of things going on when I first started coming here, but they've really branched out. Trivia on Fridays, WSU football games are live streamed. Open mic on Saturday nights, there's usually live music on Saturday mornings. Bingo on Thursdays just started. The owner supports local everything, including artists, authors, and musicians. There's a whole shelf full of board games and crafting supplies as soon as you walk through the door, so there have been multiple times I've been here with my kids playing board games and I've seen others do the same. The best part: Pet friendly. Beyond pet friendly. They sell puppy birthday cakes, kongs, pup cups, and quite few other dog related treats. There are multiple dogs that just hang out in the front with their owners, but there is a nice area in the back complete with booths and a barrier to allow friendly dogs to be off leash. Coffee and human food are amazing. Staff is lovely, supportive, and just overall amazing. This will forever be my home coffee shop as long as I'm in Pullman.

It was a very useful training session for my Aussie. She got lots of pets from the other patrons, and good exposure. Nobody seemed to mind her occasional whine or bark. Will definitely be going back if I'm in town!

I was not asked whether we were the family who had yelled at or screamed at staff. Those are very different questions. Of course I said yes, because my wife and son had in fact come in that day. That misunderstanding is exactly the problem. Before you had the facts, you treated me as though I was calling to defend abusive behavior. We were not that family. My wife and son did not yell, did not cause a scene, and did not refuse to comply. My son adjusted his mask. You continue to frame this as though standing by your employee and acknowledging our experience are mutually exclusive. They are not. You could have supported your staff while also recognizing that a customer who did nothing wrong felt spoken to curtly and then felt wrongly accused on the phone. Instead, your response is still centered on justifying the accusation rather than acknowledging how your assumptions escalated the situation. I was only there for the phone call, and I know how that conversation began. That part is not in dispute for me. The larger issue is simple: we were not the family that mistreated your staff, yet we were handled as though we were. That is why this left such a bad impression. Nothing in your response changes that. I believe local businesses deserve support, and I also believe customers deserve to be treated with fairness, dignity, and enough care that assumptions are not made before the facts are known. That did not happen here.

Oh, but THIS store! It's wonderful. It's all about the local food scene, and quality. The cupcakes in the bakery case are made there, and the pretty frosting designs were naturally colored. They bake their own breads. The deli line was led wonderful, there's a coffee stand, and the smoothies are made to order with real fruit, no mixes. The prepared foods case was also well stocked and generous with variety...I was able to find a delicious snack for the afternoon. The produce section is colorful and impressive...they even have Buddha's hand! This has an upscale Whole Foods vibe (pre Amazon ownership), and Moscow is lucky to have it. Adding a few words to hopefully trigger this in searches for vegan, organic, lunch and dinner, since it didn't come up in a search for those topics for me. I "discovered" the co op just driving by.
