i was looking around on yelp for a bakery in Plainfield that can make custom cakes. so i called a…read morefew and was quoted way more than my budget, and that may have been due to the heavily customized cake that i wanted. when i found Crazy Custom Cakes, i looked through the pictures on yelp and on Facebook, i was convinced that they can make the cake i wanted. so i gave them a call and the owner reached back to me. we discussed all the aspect of the cake. She was very thorough. she even agreed to make the cake in my budget. i also told her the date and time which was less than 2 week, but she was able to squeeze me in her tight schedule. The cake replication was just what i was expecting, beautiful. The taste was even better than what i was expecting, amazing and on the point. She was very professional with her work, and even carried the cake to my car to place it securely on the seat herself. the cake was for my brother and he loved it. all the guests at the party took many pictures of the cake and enjoyed eating it as well. i am very pleased to do business with Crazy Custom Cakes, and will definitely be doing again in future. if you are not convinced from yelp page, check out her Facebook page and you will see how professional she is.

The beef empanada is shredded beef and not ground beef which I really appreciated. They also give you a sauce for the empanada and that's also really good! I'm surprised by the reviews talking about rude customer service, as I've experienced and seen nothing but courteous, friendly service. Their pastries are tasty, and their breads are the best around. Lots of varieties, and they often have freshly-baked ciabatta rolls. Great breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches as well.
