I wouldn't normally think to get this here or even know they had food like this on the menu but it was surprising good! This place is more known obviously for the drinks and I was probably the only one eating real food in there but the food was good. Boba is really good here and I got scared when I drove up yesterday and didn't see the sign, but they are still there under Haku Ramen. After a birthday sushi lunch for my daughter, we came next door to Sweet Pop Boba. Of course, upon walk-in-in, having 6 teenage girls with me meant everything was Instagram worthy. The space is cute, spacious, and airy. Upon entry, you will notice the display of sweet and savory breads. This setup reminds me of Korean bake shops in LA. They have a wide selection of boba drinks. They also have a Korean street food menu that offers Tteokbokki, gimbap, ramen, and Korean popcorn chicken. All of which sound delicious but will have to put to test next time. The drinks were good and came in cute cups. They even have bingsu which is a Korean shaved ice dessert topped with red bean, fruit and other toppings. If the space was cute, the owners were even cuter. The lady was nice and welcoming. You can hang out a bit inside while you enjoying your treats. This just became our favorite boba shop! read more

This boba spot is open til 9pm; which is nice especially if you get off work late. Staff is patient and friendly. Clean and ample amount of seating inside. It's kinda cool you get to pick your own straw color. They have some food items available. Ok for boba. Really sweet bobas and jellies. Not the best. Service can be slow on weekdays. Breads are hit n miss. Definitely not replaced daily bc sometimes they are just dry. The mango lemonade with mango boba was delicious! This was my first boba, and I really enjoyed the refreshing taste. It wasn't super sweet and the lemonade was was an excellent portion. Food is absolutely the worst I've had anywhere. 1. Tteok Boki - very little flavor, zero spice but the absolute worst part is the fishiness of the fish cake. I've had a lot of fish cake in my life and can honestly say I've never had a piece of fishy smelling or tasting fish cake. Sounds strange because of course fish cake smells like fish but that is simply not the case. Yea it's made out of fish but it should never taste or smell fishy. The only time it's fishy is if it's not fresh and this was definitely suss. My guess is turnover is low so stuff sits for a long time. Don't get it and if you do eat it at your own peril. 2. Buns - again not fresh. Got a BBQ pork bun which is one of my favorites. The bread itself was not fresh tasted like ciabatta vs soft BBQ Pork bun breading. The filling was a little suspect also. In short be very careful what you eat here. Maybe things will improve as they get busier but for now I will not be returning ever again. The key to success is to swallow your food cost losses when you're new. Only sell fresh food skimping ruins things for everyone. Rather than sell to be 100x over the next year they have chosen to save a few pennies by selling old food. read more
