Glad there is one closer to home. I've been meaning to come back for a lychee slush and Presotea makes one that is perfect. Inside of the store is inviting. I ordered the strawberry milk tea and it was literally gross. I took one sip and went back to the store to ask if they could change the drink and the worker there said no. If they really cared about their customers they would do something. I should have gotten a drink from cafeinado instead which is right next door. Edit for the owner: Two things were wrong about my experience. 1. The drink tasted gross and artificial. I'm not sure what you guys put in the drink. There was a weird yogurt taste which I did not like at all. 2. Your employee did nothing about it. I thought Presotea would care about their employees. Been here a few times now, I've been to the other location more even though this one is near my neighborhood. Now that I don't work from home, I'm bummed because this place is here. Presotea is probably my favorite boba spot in Bakersfield. I love some of the other places too, but this one is my favorite. I feel like their drinks tastes the best and you control how much diabetes you wanna take in haha. Service is good. They have a little kiosk to order if you're unsure what you want and you can see all the goods you can add in or substitute. The service is usually pretty quick and you can always ask the workers for help if you're not sure about something. Get the coffee jelly, I like the texture and the little coffee bits. If you're unsure what flavor to get, get taro.. I think it's always a hit no matter what boba spot you go to. Coffee drinkers! If you need a strong fix, then make sure to grab Vietnamese coffee. That coffee is so strong, you'll be on the go! Inside is nice and tidy, they have a few tables if you wanna enjoy your boba in-house, we usually take ours to go and they put them in bags if they're hard to carry all at once. I'm hey accept credit/debit/cash. You customize your drink with toppings such as cream/jellies or boba and can add a "cloud to it" although in not sure exactly what it is. Hidden in a nook of the gosford shopping center, a couple of things to note: 1. Service: self serve, but, contrary to what seems to be indicated on other reviews, you can still be assisted by staff. There is a full counter in the front where the drinks are given, but why would you want to talk to anyone? LOL.
