Traffic can be a little hectic around this area because of Chili's and all the other little stores around Jamba. Right when I walked in, I smelt fruit and freshness, loved it! I love it when staff verbally welcomes customers when we walk in. This was my first visit at Jamba but it was an easy choice for me. This one is the closest location from my house and I've visited this one many times. I don't visit Jamba as much as I'd like, but I do love a smoothie from time to time. My favorites ones are the peanut butter ones with chocolate and then the one that takes me wayyy back is definitely the Orange Dream. I'm certain I've probably tried every flavor Jamba has, but for some reason I always go back to the PB ones. It's nice and colorful inside this location. You can smell the fruits immediately when you open the door. There's several tables if you want to hangout and enjoy your drink inside. I noticed they support a lot of local businesses because they have this board that several businesses have put flyers and business cards at and I think that's pretty cool. On a hot day, you can't help but notice how fresh it feels inside. It's not only fresh from the smell of delicious fruit, the temperature is nice and cool inside. Staff is usually friendly. I haven't interacted with staff a whole lot, but they are fast and always work hard. The lines sometimes gets a little long, but you'll see every single one of their staff in the back is busy trying to get your drinks out quickly. To this day, I still come here for the classics: Mango-A-Go Go and Razzmatazz. Nowadays, they have other options and have self kiosks so you can punch in your order yourself. Love this location, but their employees need to work on their customer service. Walked in to grab a drink and a gift card and waited at the counter. The man in a bucket hat shouted "There's a kiosk right in front of you to order." When I told him I needed a gift card, he walked over and then stared at me before condescendingly explaining how to purchase a gift card. The kind of tone you use when you explain something to a child. My kiddo is obsessed and will always choose a Jamba Juice as a special treat. This location is fairly new and generally quick with making our drinks, no matter how busy. I recently joined their rewards program online and appreciate getting points for my orders. Placing orders online is easy and convenient as well. The only issue we've had is we received a gift card that wasn't a Jamba gift card but a multi-restaurant type restaurant that included Jamba and the associate that helped us one day didn't know how to charge that card. Clean, friendly, and efficient is how I would describe this Jamba Juice. So far the few times I have been here I have been greeted upon entering no matter how busy they were. Jamba Juice has always been one of my favorite places to go and when I heard there was one opened on Gosford I was excited. A friend an I went in about 20 minutes before closing time for an açaí bowl and sat down to eat it. We were just about to be done and about 4 minutes after closing time, the lady made us leave because they were closing. It made us a bit angry because we were already trying to hurry up because we didn't want to be those girls that take forever after it's closed but she told us and we picked up and left.
