Found this cute place to get breakfast, closer to our accommodation before heading back to California. Very much look like a family owned business that definitely worth to support. Matcha Latte was so delicious and Vanilla Latte was not disappointed either. As for the food, I tried Monte Cristo that consist of turkey sandwich w/ wheat bread served with unique berry yogurt which surprisingly (first time trying this) very good, not forget to mention, the Burrito deserved two thumbs. Everything made the time you order, that's why it took quite sometime the food came out as they are served hot. They also provide the basin for self cleaning service which I don't mind at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stop here on our honeymoon. Greeted by a very nice gentlemen who was very personable! The vibes inside of the cafe were very relaxed and I felt myself feeling more and more comfortable the longer we stayed. The food and coffee was delicious! We waited half an hour for an avocado and toast with egg and when it came out a half hour later they said they were all out of eggs and asked if we wanted compensation rather than just offer us something. The staff was friendly though qnd the food is a nice option on the road - just make sure you have some time to spare and are not in a hurry. read more

Just a few mins off 389, great spot for a quick bite and some tasty coffee. We had the avocado toast with all the veggies and an egg, and we split a slice of the berry cake. My friend commented that it was the best avocado toast he's ever had. There was delicious organic coffee apparently single sourced from Mount Kilimanjaro (wow). It might be a wee bit dark inside for my taste, but otherwise worth the short drive from the main road. read more

Stopped here passing through on our way to St. George. The drink and muffin we ordered were very good. That said, we waited nearly 40 minutes +\- for a premade muffin and a relatively simple coffee drink (cappuccino). At the 30 minute mark, I checked in and was told it would be 5-10 more minutes. The service was indefensibly slow with 5 staff working with no apparent customer service training, and barely audible voices. Do not come here if you have any other plans during the day. Today was day 2 of my spring break, and me and my parents came across this Sweet Sage Coffee company place, so I ordered the banana foster crepe (without pecans) My dad ordered the savory waffle with avocados, eggs, tomatoes,and a balsamic vinaigrette glaze. Every time I go the coffee is gross and the wait for the food is an hour. Won't be back for a while after the SECOND time I waited for my food forever just to find it sitting cold on a side table while staff was doing meaningless tasks like stamping their logo on coffee sleeves. They were even out of straws so a staff member suggested i drink my smoothie from a coffee straw. My Airbnb host recommended this place for breakfast. I ordered the pumpkin latte (I'm from SoCal, don't judge me!) and the berry crepe to go. Omg the crepe was huge and so good! I needed multiple Lactaid pills to finish it but worth it. My pumpkin latte was okay, I asked for it to be extra sweet but I think it could've been sweeter. It's it so nice to have a coffee shop in town that actually knows how to make a latte and it's not just a big ol overpriced steamed milk! There's actually espresso and it's soooo delicious. Every single coffee is made with so much love it just comes out as pure perfection! On the weekends it can get a little crazy at Sweet Sage (worth waiting every minute for) but during the week, the line is so short I can easy go grab a coffee in the morning before work and not have to worry about a big line. I tried a fruit cup as well and it was very fresh. I have never had a bad cup of coffee here. EVER! So do yourself a favor and go try out this awesome coffee joint! read more

Wow...what a great find on our road trip! You do have to look closely to find this place as there's only a small sign on the door, so don't miss it. Their homemade pastries are some of the best we've ever had. Their espresso & chai drinks were great and their food outstanding. I loved my Kings sandwich, with turkey, egg, avocado & fresh sprouts.
