The place was clean and the decor simple. The service was excellent. They have really tasty horchata. I ordered the enchilada and taco platter. The carne asada was delicious in my taco. The shredded chicken was good but would have probably gone with carne asada if I had to do it all over again. The prices are fair. Overall, it was a great experience

The quesabirria tacos were in my Top 5 of all time, the food was fantastic, the service was personable and amazing. The outdoor patio was quaint and the server, Ruby made it an unforgettable experience. I would recommend people from out of state to try this food.

Lunch is very good. Had soft tacos, burrito bowl, quesadillas. Service good, bathrooms clean. Salsas were great too.

We were camping between nation park visits and stumbled upon this place - weren't sure what to expect but it had good reviews, and the Blue Agave didn't disappoint! The service was excellent and fast. Ruby took great care of us. The inside was clean, and food was good especially for being in such a small town. Would recommend.

We are traveling through the area and stopped here for dinner. The service was so friendly and quick. The food was quite good. He got the fajita dinner with grilled chicken; mine had pork carnitas. There was a a green salsa and a red salsa with the chips. The food came out piping hot, and generous portions. If you pay with cash, there is a five percent discount! They have a good take-out business too. The business is new and is awaiting a license for alcohol.

No bar not a REAL Mexican restaurant just a fast food joint just like Taco Bell. We won't be going there at all.

Excellent food at affordable prices. We stayed in the area for a night and it was between this or…read morea local pizzeria, but we had enough pizza already on this trip. Got that last rotisserie chicken. Large salad was tasty. Chicken tenders were big and juicy. I got the wings naked with a side of buffalo sauce. As a note, they should call this "Sisters Bistro" as I only saw young females working here, maybe the brothers were out working the field. I found the red head with glasses really attractive, even though she didn't understand my East Coast accent. I was about to ask her out but remembered that I was married and didn't want to deal with child support, so I just took the food and left.

This is, without question, the worst restaurant I have ever stepped foot in…read more On Christmas Eve, I was vacationing at a cute rental spot up the road and wanted to carry on a family tradition: pizza and spicy chicken fingers for dinner. Brothers Bistro popped up in my search, and although the ratings were low, I clung to a shred of Christmas magic and optimism that maybe--just maybe--it would be okay. Pulling up to the building felt like the opening scene of a horror movie. And the horror? The moment I stepped out of my car, I was hit with the unmistakable smell of weeks-old grease seeping through the walls. When I opened the door, I swear the grease coated my entire body. It was everywhere. Layers upon layers of grease stacked into every crevice--walls, furniture, surfaces. Inside the hot display case sat one single corn dog, alone, looking like it was begging to be rescued. There was not a single adult in the building. I'm fairly certain the oldest employee was about 15. At one point, a child who couldn't have been more than 12 walked out from the back of the kitchen looking like he desperately needed a smoke break. I wish I were exaggerating. Now, the food... I should not have taken a bite of the chicken. I could smell the old grease the moment the bag hit my hands, but curiosity (and hunger) got the best of me. The chicken was absolutely diabolical. When I bit into the strip, an entire gelatinous layer slid out, and the skin quite literally melted off from how greasy it was. It took every ounce of self-control not to throw up on the spot. I ended up throwing away $14 worth of food. When I called to ask for a refund, the child working the register told me she couldn't process it and that a manager would get back to me. (Spoiler alert: they never did.) If you do not care what happens to you, your health, or your general will to live, and you're truly at your breaking point, this may be the place for you.

I ended up getting two scoops with vanilla, caramel, and brownie bites! It really hit the spot! After being out on the Zion trails for the morning and early afternoon, that first bite of the ice cream was amazing! The brownie bite pieces made it feel a little more like a dessert, and the caramel added just the right amount of sweetness! I also tried a bite of the banana ice cream, and that one was good too. Banana can sometimes be too strong for me, depending on the ice cream flavor, but this one was enjoyable and easy to eat. The bakery/gift shop itself is also fun to walk around. It has that classic Springdale tourist stop feel, with souvenirs, sweets, shirts, and little Zion themed items to browse before or after heading into the park. It's the kind of place where you stop in for ice cream and somehow end up looking around at everything else too! Bumbleberry Bakery was a fun and easy stop after hiking Zion. The ice cream was good, the shop was cute, and it's definitely worth stopping by if you're in Springdale and want a cold treat after being out in the sun.

The only downside is that the store has an overwhelming smell of incense or something similar. For that reason, we didn't stay to eat at the bakery/restaurant.

Plenty of parking too, though it's not very well lit. We arrived pretty close to their posted closing time, but they were still welcoming everyone in and happily taking orders. The place was packed! The staff is super friendly! We ordered a carnivore pizza for the 3 of us to share and we also got some of their ranch for dipping. My oldest got a refillable soda, my youngest tried one of their Italian sodas and I enjoyed a nonalcoholic Athletic Brewing beer! We were also able to dine in as well! Love the decor. They have art displayed and also for sale! The pizza was perfect, and dipped in the ranch...wow. Some of the best we've ever had! I would not hesitate to visit this place again! Highly recommend!
