This is an incredible market. It's the only store for miles which means they could simply put a few items out and those that come will have no choice but to purchase them. Well, no. It's not even a thought. The owners and managers have taken steps to make your experience while shopping here a special memorable one. There's also plenty of parking. The place - which is HUGE is impeccably clean. An employee by the name of John was super helpful. If he isn't in line for management he should be. The selection of vegetables is great. The meat counter was well organized. And the bar upstairs was also impressive. I was staying at the Zion Cliff Lodge in Hildale, UT and googled supermarket nearby and was directed here. The lodge is amazing!! I'm so glad I was!! Oh, there's also a fast food spot inside with a drive thru window. Make this place a daily stop. You won't be disappointed. Have a great day.

When on vacation I love exploring supermarkets and seeing what exotic foods I can try.  Bee's Marketplace has a cool name and inside it appeared to be your typical supermarket.  What impressed me is the awesome ice cream section.  They have lots of flavors from a Utah based creamery called Red Button Vintage Creamery.  I had never seen this brand of ice cream before.  I bought 5 1.75qt containers to try out. Canadian Vanilla sounded interesting.  I'm not sure what makes it Canadian but it was rich and creamy with a sweet vanilla flavor.  The texture was like Blue Bell vanilla but the vanilla flavor was unique.  Great tasting vanilla! Sprinkled Animal Cookie was rich, creamy, and very sweet.  Just like eating animal cookies you don't want to eat too much at once.  Thrifty's makes a version of Circus Animal Cookie and it's a huge sugar bomb.  I prefer the Red Button version as the sweetness is at a lower level and you can taste more than just the sweetness. Chocolate Orange Stick reminds me of orange chocolate sticks I've had at fancy chocolate shops.  Tasty orange ice cream mixed with chocolate was a delicious mix of flavors. Cherry Chocolate Chip had a richy creamy cherry base and bits of cherry giving bursts of cherry flavor with chocolate bits giving bursts of chocolate flavor.  Thifties made a pretty good cherry chocolate chip but I prefer Red Button's version as it has a richer flavor with a higher buttercream content. Root beer float was a rich and creamy vanilla base with ribbons of root beer syrup.  Loved the flavors of the vanilla ice cream and blasts of root beer.  It's hard finding root beer flavored ice cream and this is one of the best. I enjoyed trying the various flavors of Red Button Ice Cream with Root Beer Float being the front runner while the Canadian Vanilla was my second favorite.  The flavors with chocolate I'd prefer pint size.  While I like chocolate once in awhile there was too much chocolate hiding the delicious cherry and orange flavored ice cream.  I love just cherry and orange ice cream.   I also tried the Rocky Mountain spring water.  Refreshing and I enjoyed the light mineral flavor.  Wish they had more.  I bought the last 2 gallons.  I'd trade all my access to Arrowhead spring water for more. The people I met at Bee's Marketplace were very friendly.  Store was clean and had an excellent selection at good prices.

This store in Colorado City is amazing! There is a bar inside the grocery store on the 2nd level! Genius Idea! Great stop for my guests who are traveling back to Las Vegas from Page AZ ,Antelope Canyon tour. We love stopping here as guests have a lot of food options. Restrooms are nice too but long lines, so manager told me there were restrooms on 2nd floor near bar area! Thanks!

Crooked Marla!! If you are looking to ever stumble across any specialty or rare whiskies or bourbons, dont look here. Unless you are in good with the department head Marla or can find your way into her good graces, she hides all the rare or coveted bottles in the back and forces her employees to call her and give her your full name before she decides if you are worthy enough to spend your money and make a purchase there. After becoming a regular and building a relationship with another employee, I asked him to shoot me a text if any Wellers ever came in with a different label color than green. A month or so later, they got a shipment of these bottles and he asked me if this was what I was looking for. I said Yes and drove an hour down to Colorado City. Once I was there, I asked for 1 bottle. The CYPB. He informed me he had to call and ask permission from Marla the GateKeeper if he could sell me the bottle. Once he told her my full name she said no. Not sure if she is saving the bottles for friends, family members, or customers doing her personal favors but either way, she is the gate keeper! Not exactly sure how or why Bees Marketplace would allow someone to manage things in this manner putting her own personal benefits over large profits of the business but that is apparently the case. Not only will they lose the money I spend from weekly trips I make for my bourbon hobby where I spend $80-$150 at their store weekly. They will also be losing $200-$300 a week my wife spends as I bring her down for grocery shopping because of the milk options they have. Marla's preference for playing gate keeper will now cost Bees Marketplace on average $1600+ a month that I spend alone being that I will not be back unless they fix the issue. How many more people think or feel the same way I do. Only Bee's Marketplace bottom line knows the answer to that. As for the other employees, thanks for being so friendly and going above and beyond to make the rest of the experience a great one! In particular Jon and Elisabeth

I've never seen this market where I live. I live in Long Beach, CA part of L.A. County. I wish there was a SuperMarket like this one in my neighborhood. Everything is so clean and organized with a coffee shop, deli, salad bar and cooking classes!! WOW! That's amazing!! I'm definitely coming back here on my next road trip!

Really good but if you want to go for last minute stuff go ahead but it's expensive I go to Walmart to shop for a week instead.

This place has quite the section for a small town market. We were very impressed at how stocked up we could get here.

They have a variety of premade foods available, or you can order items to go. Be sure to try the salads and sandwiches--they are both fresh and delicious. The market is also a convenient place to pick up groceries to take back to your hotel suite or Airbnb if you'd rather prepare your own meals. Parking: Parking is limited. There is street parking available, as well as an underground garage with approximately 15-20 spaces. That said, I imagine many visitors simply walk to the market due to its central location. Note: Don't be surprised by some of the prices. Many everyday items cost more than you might expect, which is fairly typical for a small market in an isolated tourist town. The added convenience and location near Zion are reflected in the pricing. Overall: A convenient market for grabbing groceries, prepared foods, or picnic supplies during your stay in Springdale.

We wanted to pick up some things for a home taco night, and was able to find everything we needed here. From tortillas to taco seasoning, to ground beef, eggs, sour cream, pico, and guac. We got enough for taco dinners and breakfast tacos. It came out to approximately $100, which split between four people and two meals, that's a steal! There's a parking garage below the store, and you can take the stairs to head in. The store also sells other items that you might need for hiking and going into the park. If you go for name brand products, you might find the store to be expensive. We went for store brand products which cut a good chunk of our cost! I.e. eggs were ~$3 store brands vs. $7 name brand. Good grocery store for a quick pick ups!
