The taro was smooth and slightly sweet, the espresso actually tasted strong, and together it was the perfect "I've been driving through the desert all day and need to feel alive again" combo. Not dramatic at all but I'd genuinely drive back to Kanab just for this drink. Hidden gem energy for sure.

The women running the shop were so kind.
