I live about 200 miles away, but he's from Milwaukee so it made sense and I appreciate it. Anyway, it was the end of the season so they were only selling pre-boxed creams and nuts inn1 lb. boxes. These were the best chocolates I've ever had. Not a bad one in any of the boxes. No pinks, or oranges, or lemons. Just the ones I love. Maple creams, coconut, vanilla, chocolate and then the nutty ones were fabulous. I like dark chocolate over milk chocolate but both were really good. I plan to visit Oshkosh in the next several weeks (for the first time), so I will definitely stop in at Hughes for a few pounds. I may actually get more than 3 lbs. because they freeze real well for future delights. I'm not sure what else there is to do in Oshkosh, but Hughes is gonna be on the list for sure.

Normally Crazy Sweet is a favorite location for us however the last three times we have visted, the…read moredoors were shut early. I assumed it was a staffing issue, no problem. To avoid any further disspaotment from my child i called ahead to make sure they would be open. The owner is who answered the phone and when I shared they may have an employee who is closing early without her knowlege and she was frustrated and ultimately hung up without saying goodbye. I will never understand why business owners show their patrons attudue. She sounded young so maybe she will mature over time resulting in better business standards.
