Sweet V's is a great little spot that is unexpected. Has a great variety of food, drinks and desserts. Cute little spot with seating inside and outside. Since I'm not a huge dessert fan, the wife and I tried the tacos and enchiladas, but a slew of folks were coming in for shaved ice and ice cream so it must be good. The food is super fresh and made daily. The vegetables are cut fresh and crisp, not wilted or soggy. Fresh food is something everyone should look for in quality food. Which is why I love small local businesses, since that is usually the case. Back to the food, the tacos were seasoned very well with excellent salsa and side dishes. The pork Chile enchilada was amazing. Very flavorful and authentic. The portions are very generous so you won't leave hungry. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a regular establishment to visit. I've already been twice today.

Mangolicious shaved ice and beef tacos.

Cute, inconspicuous spot with a large outdoor patio and drive-thru in addition to a few tables inside. Serving Blue Bunny ice cream, over-the-top shaved ice, "dirty sodas", and a small food menu. I was tempted by the dirty sodas, but didn't try one. The mangolicious shaved ice was refreshing on this hot afternoon and the fried corn tortillas with the beef tacos were everything I was hoping they would be. The green salsa made up for the ground beef that was not seasoned. Even though I would love to see less (or no) styrofoam used, I am giving 5 stars and definitely recommend a stop!

Gyros and sodas, what could be better?

Very good chips, very tasty guacamole, and a very good V Bowl. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Scottsbluff area.

I recently stopped by this restaurant and had a really satisfying meal. I ordered the Reuben…read moresandwich along with a cup of their chicken enchilada soup, and both were great choices. The Reuben was well-balanced and flavorful--the corned beef was tender, the sauerkraut added just the right amount of tang, and everything was held together perfectly with toasted bread that had a nice crunch without being too heavy. Each bite had that classic savory, slightly tangy combination you hope for in a good Reuben. The chicken enchilada soup was just as impressive. It was warm, comforting, and packed with flavor. The broth had a rich, slightly smoky taste with just enough spice to keep things interesting without being overwhelming. The chicken was tender, and the overall texture was hearty without feeling too thick. Overall, it was a delicious and comforting meal. I'd definitely come back again, especially if I'm craving something warm and satisfying.

The sandwiches were prepared quickly and we enjoyed them at our picnic. The cranberry turkey sandwich should have been on a croissant but perhaps they ran out the day we visited and it had a different bread that was still delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is abundant and they have drive through service as well. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. Overall there is a welcome vibe to this place.

The staff are all very friendly and really take care of you. You can see the sushi chefs creating rolls from the main dining room. We went with a couple of friends, so we had a nice sampling of dishes. The edamame was fresh and you get a decent portion. We also tried the chicken gyozas. I typically like pork dumplings, but these were pretty good! I don't like sushi, but hubby said the rolls they got were pretty good. I don't remember exactly what was ordered, but he liked all of them. I had the steak and chicken hibachi dinner. The meal came with a few options but I chose the onion soup, side salad, veggies, and fried rice. The onion soup was very flavorful even though there wasn't much to it. It was mostly broth, but I finished it all. The salad had a terrific dressing, typical of what you would find at a hibachi restaurant. The steak and chicken were ok. I added a little bit of soy sauce and chili sauce to give it a little more flavor. They were served in a cute little wonton type bowl. It kind of looked like the shell of a taco salad. It was probably just for presentation, but I ate a couple of pieces with my meal. LOL! The fried rice was a little crispy, but really good and the veggies were cooked perfectly. Overall it was a good meal. We all enjoyed our dishes so we will definitely be back!
