Nermana was amazing! I wasn't sure how to decorate our cake for our U19 soccer team. It had to be simple (and tasty), but I also wanted it to display support for our club. Well, the vanilla cake with vanilla filling, and whipped cream frosting was moist and delicious. Definite quality. What made my day, though, was that she decorated it with our club badge. Worst customer service EVER! I called to have a cake made for my child's birthday many times...no call back! I eventually got a hold of somebody and ask if they can make a cake in September, She told me to text a picture of the cake I wanted and when I did, she said "I can't make that." And those were her exact words! And haven't heard back! I then sent another message and asked if they can make a more simpler cake and the lady I spoke with said "send me a picture of it." I bought a custom cake from Sweetart for my fiancee's surprise 30th birthday party. It was a really funny adult themed cake of a certain prescription bottle used to help "old" men to 'perform' better (I hope you get my drift~) The design required there be 'pills' spread around the prescription bottle too which she used colored sugar cookies in shape of a pills. I also wanted certain writing be seen on the cake board. And she totally exceeded my expectations on this. Instead of having the writing on the cake board, she instead so creatively wrote the writing on an RX Prescription, what you would get from a doctor. One Word to describe Nermana and her creative talent for cakes? BRILLIANT! I have never been more stressed to plan my first ever party and to have such an amazing experience with buying the birthday cake was beyond bless-full. Birthday boy LOVED his cake and everyone thought it was so clever and funny. I also got one dozen chocolate covered strawberries and everyone raved those too. I cannot say enough good things about going to her for my custom designed cake. Trust me though, you are in amazing hands if you choose to go with Sweetart for ANY occasion. We ordered a cake and literally paid $200 for it and it was so simple with basically no deco on it. There were three flowers and it was a naked cake. I had asked for some flowers on top and there were two small pink flowers and a purple one. No leaves, no greenery, nothing. She had mentioned that I should just put some real flowers on the cake, but it is not easy (not advisable) to just throw flowers in a cake. Some are poisonous and some shed pollen, and I don't think you can just walk i somewhere and buy some flowers to put on I don't think I've ever seen a naked cake like this one online. read more

Had a very disappointing experience with sweetart bakery. I ordered a cake for my daughter's bday. I asked her to make a simple 6" fondant cake. And she charged 80$ for that, when I got the cake it was not fondant bit it's buttercream. I got buttercream cake for fondant cake price. And the filling was not good. Wow is all I can say about my experience ordering gingerbread men from Sweetart bakery! We had a company event where we wanted employees to be able to decorate their own gingerbread men with icing & sprinkles. Not only was Nermana so wonderful to speak with over the phone when I set up the order, but she provided us with the most delicious 8' gingerbread men AND sent along icing pre-bagged in piping bags in assorted holiday colors! Wow service was amazing. The owner (whose name was very unique so I can not believe I forgot!) was really sweet and helpful. I needed something and she pointed me just in the direction. I made sure to come back and show a token of my appreciation by purchasing a couple cake pops. Man were they tasty! Had me coming back inside for some more where she really hooked it up! I am not even one of a real big sweet tooth and she brought me back to the days when a fam member and I sold/gave cake pops away! They were just as delicious! Way tastier then Starbucks.
