    The Carne Pizza

Super cute little stop! Great parking, and parking for a trailer which was nice. We got the brick oven pizza The Carne, great flavor! Also got a dirty soda and some bakery items. Prices are fair & everything was wonderful. Nice outdoor seating that looks out at the water. Service was friendly and quick, will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness!!! I got the daily special, a raspberry filled pastry, delicious filling!! perfect crunch, hubby got the apple filled pastry, excellent as well. Coming back tomorrow for more. Friendly and efficient staff. OUTSTANDING! The only problem we had was stopping at 1.

Pizza was very good. Came in and the pizza was ready in less then 10-12 minutes. Very quick service. They have a nice selection of hot and cold drinks. And a variety of food in there menu. And the ambiance is very calm and chill.

Stayed at Howard's Inn for a basketball tournament and went over to the Bakery for something for breakfast. Got a great ham and cheese croissant and coffee. Really happy with how good the croissant was for only $5. Then that evening we needed something for dinner and realized that the bakery also does pizza! Got a large Carne and a small cheese for the kid. It was excellent!

This place does not disappoint! Great service, the best espresso I've had since leaving home, and the baked goods are perfection.

Excellent raspberry turnovers! There is so much more to this "bakery" than meets the eye. They have breakfast items, lunch, sandwiches, pizza, salads, soup and I'm sure a few other things that could satisfy your craving. The bakery items looked amazing and I absolutely loved the turnover. My breakfast burrito had almost no flavor and was very bland until I added some hot sauce. I won't get that again. My husband got a turkey sandwich and he said it was very good. The outdoor seating is plentiful with shade and sun options. I did not see indoor seating. You order up at the counter and then given a vibrating pager that goes off when your order is ready. There is a stage outside for live music too. This is my husband's go to when in the area.

Not fancy, but gets the job done!

Amazing. I will travel from Seattle for their cinnamon rolls and bread . A small town with the best bakery nationwide.

If it weren't for the fruit flies I'd give it a 5 star. Not just a bakery, stop for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a sweet treat

Self-serve was easy---make your salad and weigh it at the register. My large tray salad (see pic) was $17.21. It was two meals worth! The ingredients were all very fresh with a few spectacular choices--crumbled blue cheese, artichoke hearts, diced red pepper, cubed ham, roasted chicken, hard-boiled eggs, pickled beets, Kalamata olives, and sweet pickle chips. I love blue cheese dressing, especially when I can choose the amount. Dilly's is a little diluted and lacks garlic, but the crumbled blue cheese made it all work. Also, salt and pepper was needed--if it was there, I didn't see any. But hey, this is the most complete salad bar I've seen in Wenatchee. I also took home a Tuna-Tuna sandwich for Sherrie--she loved it. I think we're hooked! There's a loyalty program--1 Star for every $10 spent, and 50% off next purchase after 10 Stars. The favorite hands down was the breakfast sandwich. The Asiago bagel was super soft and fluffy. Other great options are the Rick's gutbuster, the frittata, and the biscuits and gravy. We got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancake which was ok (would love more lemon flavor and ricotta fluff) but can't complain for $5 a dish! We also got to sample some biscotti which was very tasty. It might not be the fanciest place, but it has a warm, welcoming, and super clean atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Plus, everyone here was incredibly friendly. The value you get for the price is unbeatable--our meal was exactly $15! I ordered the Breakfast Bake, which came with a fluffy frittata, roasted potatoes, and a side of fresh fruit. The frittata was packed with feta cheese, making it wonderfully savory, rich, and creamy. It was so much better than the brunch we had at another spot the day before! My friend ordered the Gutbuster, which was a hearty, delicious scramble-style dish. Looking around, it seemed like a lot of other tables were ordering pancakes or bagels as sides, which looked amazing too. Definitely stop by this cafe for a perfect, budget-friendly brunch during your trip!

I'll drive the extra few miles to Walmart for that. The good: close by for grabbing some milk and things you need just a couple items at a time to save the gas rather than going to Walmart, so it is a convenience having it close by. The bad: a lot of the things I normally buy at a grocery store are almost doubled in store. I have bought fresh seafood and it was bad. For instance, I bought 2 pounds of fresh shrimp the other day and it had a sell by sticker for the 11 July and I bought it on 3 July.. took it home put it in the refrigerator and on 5 July. My refrigerator stunk so bad it almost made us sick. I took the shrimp out and they were completely gone. 100% bad. I took them back up to the store right away, and I won't go into detail, but the manager and one of the checkers treated me almost like this was my fault. The checker smelled the shrimp that were in the paper bag, and in a plastic bag and almost threw up. And then got upset with me cause I had him smell them. And also commented this is the third time people have brought shrimp back this weekend.. the manager seemed awful upset with me and never even once apologized and made it seem like it was a hassle. I had to change them out. I will never buy seafood in that store again cause I've heard this multiple times from other people. I figure I spent my money up there, they could have at least respected me and not treated me so bad. So from now on I'll drive the extra few miles and go to Walmart for anything I need So bottom line: unless you don't give a crap about prices, this s store isn't the place to stop maybe just to get cigarettes maybe milk and they do have a subway in there if you need a sandwich but other than that, expect very high prices and this isn't just my opinion this is the talk of the town.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolutely the worst customer service…read moreever!! My father in law purchased spoiled food from this store (more than once). When he brought it back, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he was blamed for their mistake, even though they shared with him that other customers were returning the exact same batch with the exact same problem. The spoiled food was bad enough, but the rude, arrogant, and dismissive attitude from both staff and management was even worse. They showed zero concern for the quality of the food they were selling or for the customers who bought it. Apparently, admitting they were wrong was less important than treating paying customers with disrespect. If this is how they handle legitimate complaints, imagine how they handle the problems you don't catch. Spend your money somewhere that values its customers and stands behind the products it sells. In my opinion, you're far better off driving to Walmart in Chelan than risking your money or your health shopping here.
