Amazingly stuffy bagel sandwich Cinnamon twisp is a-must try. So crusty outside and munchies soft inside Lovely service and spacious clean dining space

Everyone gets the cinnamon twisp and for good reason.

Baked goods taste so good in the North Cascades! There are a number of good bakeries, using local ingredients, and Cinnamon Twisp delivers. Loved the namesake Cinnamon Twisp - so much so we had it two mornings in a row! With the high demand, you will get a freshly baked warm one and it's sweet, gooey and flavorful. We also had one of their sandwiches - Hart's Pass Ham and Swiss: Swiss cheese, smoked ham, red onion, sprouts, cucumbers, garlic aioli, sea salt and pepper. Great combination and also the bread was so good (Italian farm loaf). We also had this two days in a row :). Definitely stop by here when in the area!

I think the cinnamon twisps were worth the hype. Got mine heated and it was cinnamony, chewy, and not too sweet. My ham and cheese quiche was just so so and a little too expensive for the portion size imo. Tasted like it needed more seasoning. Not bad though! Heard the coffee was good. You get a discount if you bring your own mug. Got pretty busy around 8:45am on a Thursday. I think this is a must try place in Twisp.

pretty great pastries. Would definitely recommend the cinnamon twisp, their main thing, best warmed up. The quiche and artichoke stratas were tasty as well. Panini was amazing the first time I had it, a little less so the second time (a lot drier and less flavorful) but I'd give it another go. Muffin was a little dry but had a nice exterior. Drinks were way too sweet, would not recommend.

    Oat milk latte to go.

I was spending the night in Winthrop and awakened early. Too early, to be honest. But I knew I wasn't getting back to sleep, so I hit the road by 6am just hoping someplace was open for coffee earrrrlllyyyy on a Sunday morning. I was delighted when Yelp led me to the Cinnamon Twisp Bakery just a few miles down the road. Entering the bakery was one of those delightful experiences for the senses - especially the smell of fresh-baked goodness wafting from the back. In front, the glass cases were full of all sorts of muffins and deliciousness. I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk, and a toasted bagel with herbed cream cheese. Soon my to-go order was ready, and I headed to my car to hit the road. The latte was tasty and perked me right up. I wasn't overly impressed with the bagel - the flavor was good but one of my Bagel Pet Peeves is when they "toast" it but it's not really toasted? The schmeer of cream cheese was a little paltry as well. Oh well, it hit the spot until I stopped for brunch a few hours later. Now that I see the pics on their Yelp page I'm definitely regretting that I didn't order some of their namesake Cinnamon Twisps to take home!

Every donut was a winner. The Roseycake, however, was on a whole other level. The balance of flavors was literally perfect. Go and be amazed at how good these donuts are, but go early as they make limited batches and they do sell out.

Their apple fritters are made with their own organic apples, and you actually get tasty pieces of apple in them and they don't have a nasty fried aftertaste. My fav was the caramel pecan (or something like that) with lots of nuts and rich frosting on top of a well made no hole donut. My husband really liked his daily special strawberry frosted chocolate cake donut with chocolate chips on top. I'm not a fan of the combination but all the elements were top notch. Lastly was another daily special, can't remember what they called it, but there was a square of chocolate marshmallow treat on the top, peanut butter frosting, and sort of a creamy caramel filling inside. Rich? Oh, yeah. We didn't have room for any of their savory donuts but I think one had a curry filling and it looked good. We will go there every time we're in Twisp, and you should too. I believe they open pretty early, 7 or 8. Nice and helpful people and you are dealing with at least one of the owners, too.
