Her sandwiches are out-of-this-world (try the Turkey Pot Roast or the Turkey and Asparagus on Cibatta!); the salads and dressings she creates have never failed to impress our staff and/or clients! Barbara handles difficult needs and requirements, food allergy requests, and guests' various food peccadilloes with grace and élan.
