I could be a baaaaad somebody if I had good decoration skills. So my critiques come from a place of "I know how to do that".... First of all from the moment she answered the phone her warm customer service aura radiated. I was hooked. Instead of her telling me it's short notice and what she can't do she LISTENED to what I wanted so that we can figure out what she CAN do. I saw something on her page that represented the birthday boy, a little bit of royalty, and pride and she said was feasible given the time. So we pressed go.
