If I didn't already have dinner plans I would have tried an entree. I decided on a slice of coconut cake and an iced tea. The iced tea was amazing and strongly brewed tea and not overly sweet how my mom made it growing up. No powder just a good brewed tea. The salmon steak had beautiful grilled lines, but when the flesh crumbled so beautifully against my fork it was a bit less cooked than I would have liked, but still not bad. I don't believe anyone wants overcooked salmon, I would have liked it cooked ten seconds more. It was seasoned well and I gobbled up till I couldn't no moe'. Went in and spoke to the Chef and told me what his secret ingredient was for the Mac and cheese, (I'm not snitching) He seems nice and wants to really hear what his customers think about the dish (es).
