If you need to do any shopping, do your order at the grill first so it'll be ready when you leave! Huge fan of the salads here, they use leafy greens not iceberg and the portion is huge! The burgers are amazing, and the onion rings are a must try!!!

I've been coming to Reeds for 10 years and have spent thousands of dollars here. In the past, we would always have a great experience in the deli and market. Today was different! I ordered 3 sandwiches and chips. After I paid, one of the women asked me if I wanted sourdough instead of French bread. I asked her if they are all out and can I see what bread options they have. She said they're not out but they need to bake more. Before I could make a decision, some blonde middle aged woman behind the counter snapped at me saying something about how they're not out, but they have to bake more, then slams her hands down on the counter and storms off. The first woman looks at me embarrassed and said to just ignore her. 20-30 minutes later, when they handed us our food, another older woman with tattoos rudely yells "well that was a hassle!" WTF!? A hassle? In what world, is it appropriate to act this way toward customers ordering food? RUDE af employees. The first woman with an accent that helped me at the register was the nicest of the three. The sandwiches were delicious, but I will NEVER order food from here again.

There are displays about animals and the natural history of the park. There is even a small snack bar to buy food. Sure, there are limited selections, but it's there if you're not prepared and haven't brought your own snacks to fuel your national park explorations. T-shirts are nice, albeit rather expensive for official park T-shirts. There is wifi here, so you can message that friend that you were supposed to meet up with, but something went awry.

Came during a busy afternoon and most of their food items were sold out for the day. So, come early or during the non-peak times if you want to have an actual selection of food to choose from. There's a small dining room are where you can sit and enjoy your meal. They also have soft serve ice cream which is pretty dang good and hits the spot during the summertime. They've got a good amount of souvenirs but not much of selection compared to other National Park gift shops. The service staff is nice and welcoming. I'd still be on the safe side and pack your own lunch, but check this place out to see if they have some hot food options available if you're not craving a cold lunch. Don't miss out on the soft serve ice cream either!

They hold events & allowed the birthday girl to put up some things to celebrate her birthday. We were allowed to order any drink such as specialty coffees, iced teas, sparkling, sodas, etc. And they also set out some water, iced tea, and a mango guava punch which were unlimited. each guest got to have two fusion tacos and a side of potato salad. Their fusion tacos were served on Naan and had really good ingredients. The two tacos that we were served one was Greek and one was Barbecue. They were very well balanced, and you can tell that there was a lot of care put into them. What I loved most about the tacos is the filling was different than what you would normally see for a taco. So for example, the barbecue had an apple slaw with pulled pork and the Greek taco had this mixture of zucchini and chickpeas with chicken. The potato salad had sun-dried tomatoes in it, and it was definitely different than I've ever had for a potato salad and it was delicious. For dessert, we were serve some cookies and a brownie. They were also very good. When I got a chance to sit down with my friend and talk to her about the food. She mentioned that they do pop up dinner sometimes, that the breakfast & lunch sandwiches are really good and that they make a lot of item "house made" for their drinks and their food . We also enjoy their butterscotch coffee and the Almond Joy and I'm told they make the butterscotch themselves. The staff/owners were great and were really trying to be so accommodating to our group. So if you're looking for a delicious breakfast or a relaxing lunch or looking for a place to have an event, I would check them out. They definitely inspired me to visit again.
