I did end up going with a tank but I knew why at that point. I had installed my own water heater tanks in 4 of my previous houses, so I knew what it took and it also makes me critical of a contractor installation. In addition the contractors who bought and flipped this house before we bought it did the bare minimum facade repairs and the water heater was an example of doing no more than necessary. So George started from a position of trust none of the previous work and work from there. He and his assistant had to crawl under the house to re-pipe the feeder lines and the end result was impressive. Usually, when I have a contractor do a job that I have done in the past, it is a critical review of pointing out what I would have done differently, but on this job it was clear he knew more about doing this than I did, I had to look up on of the parts he used just to see what it did. He installed a drip pan and the drain for it, he re-plumbed the overflow line and the work on the intake and outflow lines looked very nice, including the new much easier to use shut off valve. I will attach a picture of the work, (ignore the carpentry around the tank he was not hired to do anything to that), you can see it looks quite good. We will be calling him for our next plumbing need.

I gave the plumber 3 different issues to look at since he was here. Two were really simple; he fixed them then taught me how to repair if it happens again. The big issue was the water heater. He explained the problem & gave me a couple different options, with the cost of each and how long that would last, without upselling. Everything was fixed in within a few hours, even with leaving to get parts. And the price was in line with other work I've recently had done. I'll call them again for sure.

Awful company. I got work done a year ago and decided not to leave a review however I'm STILL…read morehaving issues, so here goes. Original plan was not followed. I had to get all the way to a supervisor to get the crew to stop working. They did in fact need to change the design but never reviewed it with me. A third design had to be done and they still put the sump pump right in front of my hot water heater, they did not pitch the one side enough so water sits there, left my driveway full of small and large metal shavings (and I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs who run in the backyard), did not clean up other materials, did not remove the dirt they dug up in the basement (told me I had to pay extra, you would think for 24k it'd be included. They also went to dig up my patio to run the water line, which could have been adjusted a few feet to not dig up an entire patio- again, no one would listen until I spoke to that one supervisor again, it was unreal. There were multiple times they were scheduled to come and never showed or showed on a different day then was scheduled, at least 4 times, and the crew had no idea. Fast forward to my yearly inspection, where he recommended I get a dehumidifier, and I was confused bc I paid to get one (that was one of my main things before I got talked into upgrading to a 24k job). They NEVER installed the dehumidifier and there has been new mold growth. They were not forthcoming with pics but sent a crew to spray, the crew had no idea what they were spraying for. They finally installed the dehumidifier and now I'm waiting for them to return to fix the encapsulation which is pulling apart, for the thousands of dollars it was, it was not worth it. The entire job was not worth it (3 columns designed to hold up large buildings, used to hold up my tiny house), encapsulation, dug around the edges, put in a sump pump, and now the dehumidifier. I would NOT recommend!!!!

They installed Malarkey Vista AR composition shingles that match the roof on our garage that they did a great job on several years ago. The roof on our house is not simple. There are several dormers, two main ridges, shed roofs on long bump outs on the side and returns on gable ends. The removed a metal chimney we no longer use and cut in ridge vents. The house is stucco and they neatly and properly flashed and counter flashed everything. In addition, the porch has a hip roof with a 4' x 5' flat section on which they put a PVC roof to replace roll roofing. They meticulously protect the house and plants and clean up everyday. Integrity was selected as John were clearly the best in the quoting process!…read more He used a drone to give us a visual of the entire roof, and then was the only one of 5 potential vendors to climb up in the attic to look from underneath the roof, as well as look up into a crawlspace, thoroughly explaining why Malarkey was the best shingle, and the Integrity advantages in process and warranties that are significantly better than other companies. He also worked with us when the total price was higher when we included new gutters, getting us to the price we wanted to see late on a Friday afternoon to effect a quick smooth contract signature process. Integrity was able to provide turnkey services that included a skylight replacement, some painting\caulking of gable boards before the new gutters were installed, replaced a lot more roof boards than expected due to venting issues we were unaware of, and had all Integrity employees in company trucks, except for the gutters, which John had identified as subs that were also very professional and fast. Bella was also excellent in coordinating our requested timeframe due to visitors. Alex then took over as the Project Manager with excellent communications on the process and updates throughout the project that went amazingly fast, with Jose's professional\courteous crew knocking it off in just 2 days by working late when was expected so we didn't have to worry about wet boards\leaks under our underlayment\new shingles. Jose also communicated really well, accommodated our cars needing to get in\out and his crew installed a lot of new boards that weren't expected due to an unknown venting issue. Alex effectively communicated what Jose was seeing, but they just didn't do the many additional board replacements in the short timeframe through their hard work, but had the knowledge and expertise to fix the root venting issue, by adding bird block vents to enhance the ventilation to prevent future issues. This experience reinforced our confidence that selecting Integrity as clearly the best company through their literature, significantly warranties and we have the confidence they will be around if we had any warranty issues, where most of the other options were either further away or smaller operations that who-knows if they would be there in the long future. The only thing that did not go perfectly was that despite originally covering our plants as the old roof was removed and doing a great job on clean-up, two of our boxwoods had something come down on them that severely browned one and created an unsightly patch on another , which was never explained. The contract noted this as a risk, that Integrity was not responsible for, but it seemed that either covering them longer during the process or avoiding whatever was sprayed or fell on them, would have stopped the problem. However, we were so pleased with the overall job, top quality work and materials used, if that was the worst thing that happened on this large job, we were still very happy and fully recommend Integrity!

Their estimator came out and told us he would give us the estimate "over the weekend or by Monday." Didn't hear from him or the company for two weeks. We called and double-checked our email address with the office, and let her know we never received the estimate. Still no estimate, and it's been nearly a month. We've moved on.
