NOT TRUE... he picked it up and checked it out himself and none of what they said needed to be replaced and was all in good shape. Further, he let them replace a front light bulb that was out and they charged $72 for a $5 bulb and a 2 minute replacement. Facebook reviews show 2 other people they did the same thing to, telling them they needed parts that didn't need replacing. WILL NOT EVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!

They quickly worked us in, determined that we could continue on, and changed the oil for us while we still had the Airstream hooked up to the truck. Everyone was professional and helpful. Despite that experience, I decided to give Automotive Concepts Inc. another chance. Once again, I was told I needed to schedule an appointment. This time, I specifically asked to be scheduled on a day that was relatively empty and explained my frustration from the first visit, including having to leave my car overnight. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that they would be able to get to my car since that day was "wide open." I dropped my car off on the scheduled day first thing in the morning and did not hear back from the shop at all. I called again at 4:30 p.m., one hour before they closed, only to be told--once again--that they had not touched the car and it was still sitting where I left it. They started offering excuses, but at that point I was done hearing them. I told them not to touch the vehicle because I was not in a position to leave my car overnight again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met with attitude. The owner slammed my keys on the counter and made a comment along the lines of "sorry, but I'm not perfect." That response was completely unprofessional. This is a business, with a receptionist and staff. At the very least, someone could have called to say they weren't going to get to the car that day so I could come pick it up, instead of tying up my entire day waiting without a vehicle. My time is money too, and it was completely wasted--twice. If you know you can't get to a customer's vehicle or don't have enough staff to keep up with the workload, don't take the car in. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

We located America's Auto Care & Tire about 1/4 mile from us and "Missy" had her repair technician remove the tire, check the damage (which wasn't repairable) and install our full size spare tire at no cost. Very rare will you find a business that "helps" someone in need as this shop did. They have earned our business, gratitude and respect. Other Auto-mechanic and Tire shops could learn an invaluable lesson here. That's why we had our truck serviced here and replaced two new front tires. Besides the long wait and the inconsistent rates, I'm afraid that the mechanics are dishonest and done harm to my car as I was told it had valve cover leaks and i had them replaced not long ago. There is no visible evidence that the car leaks oil. It hasn't before I brought it in. I voiced that it was unreasonable to charge me $21 more for the same as few months ago. They made me wait at least 20 min and then just said "this is life." Extremely unplesant experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.
