Told a friend of mine where I had the work done and he went over to get a quote on an a.c. Compressor for his call. He said they were very rude and inpatient, so he just left. 3 months after my engine replacement and an injector went out! Don't think the even had them serviced! This place might be fine for small jobs, but I wouldn't recommend them for anything too sophisticated.

I trusted this Jamie character owner because he had Christian paraphernalia all over his office, and he claimed to be this God-fearing man. But the truth is he lied to me and scammed me. He suggested I bring cash in, without any conscience. Knowing, that as I drove off, my van was still suffering from the same issues . The repairs he did were absolutely unnecessary. And he led me to believe that he was resolving the problem, addressing my issue with the car. this owner was uncaring, unprofessional, and I didn't have the bandwidth to battle with him. So I went to another mechanic. But I lost $1200 This happened in January 2026. I warn everyone not to use his services. He and his wife should've immediately said we can't repair your car but here's what we can do. Instead, they took advantage of me as a single working woman, they lied to me and charged me the $1200 ....for nothing! I was unaware until I actually drove off and realized my car still had the same trouble and what he repaired was unnecessary. $1200 cash is a lot of money. Shame on them. Go to Trutech in Vancouver, they are honest and skilled. Also, this guys work on my car does not show up on the Carfax report. all my other repairs since I bought the car new 10 years ago are all on my report except for his. Service was fine but they upped the prices significantly. So when my check engine light came on and the previous mechanic gave me an enormous estimate. They also suggested numbers other "fixes" that it turned out I really didn't need to do at this time. I looked elsewhere for a second opinion. I was given Zinda and Son's name by a co-worker that has used them for years. I called and was told I could come by at any time for them to look over my SUV. My previous mechanic required an appointment almost a week out to get in. So I took my SUV to Zinda and they gave me a very reasonable estimate and tremendously lower than my previous mechanic. They fixed my problem and so far everything is working well. I'll be back!

Not only was it cheaper, but Bill explained that my transmission was fine. There were no issues with it. My engine mount was cracked and my U-Joints were destroyed. So, instead of $10,100 for a tranny, I paid $1,500 for a new engine mount, U-joints and a transmission flush. Very honest guys and I couldn't be happier.

I asked if that was going to fix the problem. He said most likely. The next day they called to say they had another tech look at the car and found the airbox cover broken. He quoted me a price and I said OK , replace that also. The next day they called and said my car. I went to pick it up and because the engine was warm, I didn't hear the noise. The next day I called to ask the manager if my discount had been applied to the total of $667. He said no it wasn't and for me to come back and he would refund my money. Two days later, I started my car and the noise was still there. I went to get my refund and told the manager that I still had the noise. He was working on the refund and handed me the customer copy of the refund ticket and didn't really hear me when I said that "I still have the noise. " All he said was have a great day. Didn't at all listen to me and didn't ask how my car was running. He didn't even look up. But he did make money off of me. I guess that's what he was in business for.
