(lowest rate anywhere at 140/hr). Mike tells it like it is and goes the extra mile for everyone. Just had control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, valve cover gasket and full tune up.. Dropped off my 03 Corolla the night before and he called me at noon the next day to say it was DONE! CUSTOMER BE AWARE! 4/10/18 took my TwinTurbo BMW for rear breaks replacement. I have In-Dash Hidden Camera and after picking up my car I caught mechanic on video, audio, and gps ABUSING AND JOYRIDING IN MY BMW at 80-100mph passing cars on WRONG SIDE of the Road. Showed videos to Manager ADO and SULY OWNER days later. Gave them the opportunity to resolve this problem so it Never can happen again. Checking with them this mechanic cause other issues before now Not working there anymore. Hope that's true. Manager and owner refunded my money. Thank you for doing the right thing. Called all day Thursday and most of Friday morning, get message stating their hours.. "if I call during these hours, they're busy helping other customers and to call back in 5-10 minutes. They value our business and look forward to serving our automotive needs" My message hadn't been returned after managing to leave a message yesterday a half hour before they closed. Machine is full, nobody answering calls since Wednesday afternoon and it's now Friday... Called 311 to have a LEO drive by to check it out. Update: Ah, owner has been on vacation and will be back the following Monday. That's a relief that he/they are fine and business hasn't been shut down. Although it would have been nice to get some kind of indication, especially with updating the answering machine to reflect him being on vacation. Will update rating after he/they get back, and hopefully my car situation is resolved then read more

Would give 10 stars if possible! Based on a friend's recommendation, I head over to Mike's just after work (like a bonehead without calling in advance). I pull up frantic at nearly 5pm (they close at 6). Plenty of cars outside, but as soon as I walk into the office, two guys appear to help. They listen to my story- a co-worker jumped my car wrong, the cables started smoking, and now the windows won't roll up and the radio won't work. They immediately walk me out to my car to take a look. After letting me know a few possibilities, they run a couple tests and replace some fuses. My car's back to normal in 20 minutes thanks to the help of these friendly guys. I'll be back for all my auto work and would definitely recommend Mike's to everyone. I called around to about 5-6 shops when my Hyundai needed some work done. This was the ONLY shop that right off the bat treated me with respect. I'm a female, and a young one at that so that automatically means I know nothing about my Hyundai or my WRX according to most men. Not only was this shop fair in price they called to let me know my car needed extra work before just doing it. And they weren't trying to sell me things it didn't need, they were right on target with the tune ups my car so desperately needed. I'd take my car back there again if I hadn't of just sold it! Mike replaced the timing belt on my Mazda 4 cylinder car. This was preventative maintenance, the car ran fine. After Mike's work, the car did not run right. There was no power at low rpms, and fuel economy had dropped considerably. At higher rpms it ran fine. At low rpms there was just very little power. This was a sudden change that was not present before Mike did the work. I went back and talked to Mike himself. He kept the car for a day. When I went back he said that the car was fine, and asked if I had written proof on the MPG. (I calculate it with every tank, but don't write it down.) Basically, Mike was telling me I was lying, and would not take any responsibility for what he did to my car. All I could do was sell the car, and warn others to avoid Mike's Auto Repair. read more

I pass about 20 auto shops to get the Mike's Auto Repair. They are very friendly, they are always fair and honest when they work on my 2004 Lincoln Aviator. A couple of times I brought it in because I thought there were serious, expensive problems but they diagnosed and fix the small problem and i was out of there very quickly for free or a small fee. I recently had Mike's do a full tune up and they replaced some cylinders and my car had never, ever run better and on my trip to Seattle this weekend my gas mileage had improved over 5mpg! Had another mechanic recommend these guys because his shop was booked. I am a pretty decent shady tree mechanic but was having trouble diagnosing a vacuum leak/sensor issue on a recent head gasket change that I did. These guys wouldn't even look at it. Otto was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. Austin checked the transmission fluid, showed me how to do it myself (awkward location to get to), filled up, did a test drive, and I was out of there in 10 minutes, relieved that I don't need to rebuild the transmission. His skills in electrical circuts are exceptional and occasionally he just says "No Charge" you only had a loose wire. He has worked on everything from my Tractor to an 850i BMW with excellent results.
