I sent him the specs for the install and he said he could do it but said I would have to pay an additional $600-$900 for his travel. I got with EcoFLow and they stated that I do not have to pay for travel because everything is included in the price of the installation service I paid to EcoFlow and told me that they would get in contact with Leroy to let him know to reach back out. A week went by and I never heard back from Leroy so I called him and he didn't answer. He called me back later that day and was extremely unprofessional. Raised his voice and told me he was not going to do the install unless I paid extra despite what EcoFlow had said and then he immediately hung up on me. This place had the best price and the guy Ivan seemed pretty knowledgeable so I decided to get it done here. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. While I waited for a response, I read the reviews only to see that this has been a repeat issue with this company. I don't understand why a business would so easily give a potential customer a reason to have anything negative to say. In fact, I waited 48 hours before posting a review to see if I would get a response as there is always the possibility that an emergency occurred. There are positive reviews about this business, but I want others who may be looking to use this service to be aware that this could happen to you. It is already frustrating to have technical issues in your home, so the last thing you need is another headache.
