When my wife & I bought our house in Charlotte we bought our second spa from Kevin, the owner of Mister Spas in Pineville. We still have that spa & use it whenever the weather gets cold. Its about 9 years old and the only part that had to be replaced was a control board. I visited him a couple days ago to pick up some new filters and a jar of bath crystals. There are probably other spa dealers in Charlotte but Kevin has always given me great service. I'll be buying my next spa from him too. read more

Kevin and his crew just finished installing our spa and the experience from the first time we walked into the store until now could not have been better. We had a difficult spa situation, both in regards removing the old and installing the new spa in an ackward place and our needs regarding safetly getting in and out for two old people. Kevin came to our house several times, considered the situation and at one time indicated he was not sure he could meet our needs. We worked together and he did more research and was able to develop a plan that has worked. I never felt he was upselling, in fact we decided on our own to get a higher cost unit. I am amazed at the negative reviews, nothing could have been more different in my experience and I would highly recommend them. I will do another review of my operating experience in a few months. I recently moved to the Charlotte area and brought my hot tub with me. I needed a repair on the tub- one phone call- spoke with Marcus- and I had a technician at the house the next day. Prompt and courteous, he fixed the hot tub on the first visit. Definitely recommend! read more

The technician that came to repair our spa was not very friendly and installed an air blower motor to our spa at a cost of over $500- the same motor could be purchased online on Amazon for less than $150. They charge a call out fee of $125 and $96 an hour - a total rip off. Will never use them again. read more

Definitely NOT impressed. Don't waste your time trying to get anything repaired, it won't happen. I've been trying for three months to get an old hot tub repaired. They came out, finally, said they had to find a part. Never heard back! I finally called to talk to Kevin after months of waiting and and calling, guess what!? He hasn't called me back! Becareful!!! They came out to fix a broken jet in my bathtub. I was asked to send pictures of the broken piece, which I did 2 times. He came to the house and was there 10-15 minutes. After looking, said he couldn't fix it. For that they charged me 98.50. I feel that is a little excessive for the time spent- I understand a trip charge but 98.50? read more

We bought a Sundance spa from Kevin a few months ago and have been more than pleased with his level of service. He's so friendly, responsive and helpful. The installation was done in conjunction with a construction project and he was super knowledgeable and innovative in making the installation work. Since the installation, he has come by a few times to help me with small issues and even drained the tub for me the first time to show me how to do it. We just got out of our Emerald that Spa Mister Spas installed about 5 years ago. Yes, I know it's 80+ degrees, but we use it year round. It's our 3rd, best we've ever had. We had an overheating problem a few years ago, and I vowed to write a review then but did not. Kevin, Marcus and the entire crew handled everything better than we could have expected, and kept us running without any issue. They are always there for service or even simple questions. I drove by their place for years, wondered how they stayed in business. Honesty and customer service must have paid off. I only wish first two would have been as enjoyable. read more

Mister Spas gets what customer service is all about. I bought a spa from them 10years ago and it is still working great. Most recently they ordered, delivered and setup my new spa cover. Sounds simple but after using another company closer to my house failed to deliver on promises with broken lifts, covers, and getting the run around from warranty departments I was relieved to see that there are still companies out there that care about doing a Job well. read more

I have to reiterate how impressed I am with Mister Spa. They provide incredible service. Each time I've called with a problem they have resolved it immediately (24 hours usually).....Kevin and Marcus have been really great to work with. I appreciate them so much!!!! I just had a problem i noticed Thursday evening and by Friday morning it was fixed. And they are great at communicating and following up with you too. I bought my spa from them. I'm not asking them to service a cheap model or old spa with limited parts availability. You can't blame them for your poor judgement on buying a spa. If you buy some low quality model from some no name recreational store thats your fault. Those companies are hard to deal with and parts can be hard to find. Mister Spa specializes in the top brands. I highly recommend Hot Springs and Sundance. You get what you pay for.....great warranty too. Mine has 5 years no questions asked....they just fix it! I would only buy from them in the future. I have no relationship to these people. I'm just blown away by their company. I'm so happy and satisfied. read more

We recently moved to area. We had a screen porch added and wanted a hot tub. We had a 6 person tub at our former house but wanted to "downsize" since it's just me and wife. I read reviews on Mister Spa which were quite positive. We went out to the store. Kevin was very helpful and showed us the two-person Bella. He guaranteed we would thoroughly enjoy it. That was August and porch hadn't been built yet. Once construction started I notified Kevin. He advised me that was no problem and just give him couple days notice, and he would have it to me. He was great. Electrician was here and had some questions on the wiring. I called Kevin and he spoke w/electrician. The day after wiring was done.......he had our tub delivered to us. Bottom line, you can't go wrong with the service you will receive from Mister Spas! And that goes a long way. I've been in it every night for almost for almost two weeks now and love it! My phone rang today.......it was Kevin calling just to make sure I was happy!! read more
