The gentleman worker with a twisted face the rewraps it and puts it back in the bag, and places it on the "to go" rack for pickup (he didn't know it was my second order). Then I watched him give me 1 scoop of steak instead of the extra I paid $2 for. This is where I started to get annoyed. I confronted him on both to which the 2 female workers came out (presumably managers?) and also spoke with me. I was told "we can't help what other customers do" and "if you'd like you can have your order remade". This is NOT the way to retain customers. Instead of making a scene and losing my cool I walked out, trashed my entire order and went to a local spot down the road.
