I went to this Taco Bell location just about 10 minutes ago and I had a online order and the person on the speaker said we're closed and I said I have a online order and he said pull up to the window when I did he said we're out of beef so I asked if I could sub the beef with chicken or steak and he said I'm not sure I'm brand new. They are constantly messing up my order. And it takes forever. Missing items, every time.

When we first walked in, the floors were filthy, the chairs were very disorganized and the tables were covered with crumbs. After we got our food and the luxe boxes weren't in actual boxes and none of the burritos or tacos were labeled, additionally BOTH of the things i had in my luxe box were supposed to have NO sour cream and then sure enough i opened them and BOOM SOUR CREAM! i mean seriously??? employees were friendly though. read more

I have been to this location several times and they CONTINUE to struggle with orders. I have a capsaicin allergy, which means I have to order certain foods without certain ingredients. I have told them MULTIPLE TIMES and EMPHASIZED that I cannot have the jalapeño sauce as I am allergic, and yet that is EXACTLY what they add. Again and again. I ordered online, thank goodness I didn't order these things that were out of stock. I did request no lettuce and no tomatoes on my items. Also went to get food tonight on my lunch break and the man gave me UNCOOKED fry's! I asked the lady that was taking orders to get the cooks attention! I tried to let him know he was bagging uncooked food and sending it out and he got defensive and started to argue with me! Told me to go to sonic next time and cussed me out! They NEVER put my sauce in the bag. EVER. They can't wrap a taco. Several times my tacos have had the wrapper very loosely attached with all the toppings in the bag. Taco Bell apparently doesn't care who they hire or how they treat their customers. Pathetic. read more

I just went to this location at 6pm. pulled into the drive thru and got trapped. it took me 35 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. When i got to the speaker a lady said something unintelligible. I waited another 5 minutes and she says " I'm sorry for your wait but there were 2 large door dash orders ahead of you. " WTF? So I order my 1 burrito. She didn't offer any discount or anything. So i pulled up and there's still 4 cars ahead of me. I wait another 5 minutes and no one has gotten their order. So i was able to worm my way out of the line and left. I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru and there were still 4 cars in front of me when I was able to leave. I have given this taco bell multiple chances and Every. Single. Time. They mess up my order. On the most recent time I put in an online order and the person at the drive through doesn't list out my order in detail and just says "i know you have all the extra whatever" as if the way I want my food is just "whatever". And then they give me the food and it's missing a gordita and a crunchwrap. I had to go back in to the store (mind you I came through the drive through so I didn't want to get out of my car) just to make sure my order was right. And maybe they had too many doordash/UberEATS orders or something but they were well staffed and not busy at all. No cars in the drive thru and one customer using his laptop in the lobby. There was zero reason to rush my order. Just go to the taco bell on calderwood st. They actually care about getting orders right. read more

The acoustics in this place are horrid! The employees shout to each other and it is not a pleasant conversation. It is beyond loud! Oh, and don't forget the buzzer on one of the machines going off every couple of min. and when an employee dropped a pan or lid, I nearly jumped out of my chair. Keep deleting reviews somehow and you'll keep getting negative ones. Especially with the way this establishment is ran. I live not even five minutes from this specific Taco Bell, and I frequent it multiple times a week. Everytime I go, I always tell myself I should've drove the extra couple minutes to the midland location. No matter how many times you say your order or specify it, it will be wrong. I'm not sure how they're even making food to send out because it seems like they never even look at the ticket. I hate leaving a bad review because I understand times are hard. But as someone who works in five star hospitality, it PAINS me that these workers can't ever read an order correct. It is just a burrito. The fact that they can't get a burrito with three ingredients right, baffles me to see what else they might be sending out of the kitchen. read more
