The bra I needed was not in store and she had to order it, which would take 8-10 days and since that's my only bra I own, I was just gonna keep it and throw it away when I got the new one. She acted like I was stealing the old broken bra and got so upset and unprofessional and told me it was her property and that she owned the old bra. Like just offer to help me find another bra in my size in the store. I understand maybe sending it back to corporate but she didn't explain any of that. I'm just a customer who needed a bra and I walked in with a smile excited to get a new one. I was incredibly uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome. Simple questions that I asked were met with rolled eyes and a negative attitude. I'm not even sure how Camille got into customer service and why Soma wouldn't be more selective especially in an intimacy store where it's already awkward and uncomfortable. I will not be back at this location.

I brought my son on a weekday afternoon just a few days before the first day of practice. We were greeted upon entering. I let the two team members working know why we were there and what we needed. They said they could print the logo on the uniform that day and send it home with us. Thank goodness! I didn't want to make another 40-minute drive back to Roswell. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions since this was our first season. They made great recommendations that didn't break the bank.
