Chis will be super nice and responsive before you sign the contract and pay main amount.... They will be in super rush to schedule excavation, cause that's when you paying 50% of the contract and then in super rush with gunite shell, that's when you paying another 45% of the amount. As soon as they got 95% of the of the contract, they are not in rush and it will take forever! They guarantee to finish everything in 45 days and you have contract with guarantee for 45 days, but it's just a promise... We have pool construction started March 8, today is May 28 and they are not even close to finish it. We have this mess for almost 3 months and no one really care, they got your money... Ooh, and it's actually smaller then supposed to be. We extended size for 100sq ft and they charged extra $1,700. Now pool is 18ft wide instead of 19ft. When I emailed Chris about it, he said about reasonable tolerance... Seriously? Look for some other company. Don't waste your money, nerves and time! read more

Swim-mor built our pool in 2013 and we couldn't be happier with the the construction and level of service afterwards. Pam from the Millstone location was great in guiding us through materials and design ideas after we explained what we were looking for. We wanted water arches for our disabled son and she suggested an under water bench for him to sit on in the shallow end to let the water run over him which has worked out perfectly!!. During construction the guys had some great ideas about leveling out the floor below the other arch to make it easier to stand under it. Eric Johnson in the service department is the best. He quickly resolves any issues and is a pleasure to work with. The service people are prompt,courteous, and professional. I was getting ready to build a pool 3 years ago, and I looked up everything I could on local pool companies. I liked everything I heard about Swim-Mor Pools and they had built a few pools in my neighborhood. They also did everything from construction to service in-house which I liked as well. I liked that they were pretty on time, when they said that they were gonna be somewhere, they were there. They did a fantastic job. On Saturday 10/7/23 Mike and Javi, two of Swim Mor's Service Technicians made a service call to our home. They were there to re-establish contact between my Aqualink PDA remote control and our Hayward Heat Pump. They both went right to work and explained what they were doing and why. I am having a very good experience with Swim Mor so far. ALLLLL of the laborers who have worked on the pool have been great, 10 out of 10. The internal office people are good, 8/9 out of 10. my pool is 90% done and so far things have gone very well. The service start up team came today, (Mike and Javi), to explain the start up and maintenance procedure and couldn't have been better, they explained everything clearly and thorughly.
