Please call another company! I also agree with the other review about the unprofessionalism of the techs that fix heaters. They smoke, call the manufacturer right away because they have no idea of what they are doing!!

Ron her dad is the go to guy for everything in the field. So I've had heaters, pumps and liners installed with no problems. Once when the heater went out right before our daughters birthday party in early June Ron made a special trip out even though he was fully booked. I never forgot that. Lastly i recommended Paradise to a friend of mine at work and he told he can't thank me enough. I highly recommend it.

We could tell some things were not right. When we called RJS, Richard suggested a preventative maintenance visit. Danny came out and checked everything. Showed us a couple parts we could easily buy online that we needed. He walked us through the major components and explained they were in good shape and how to check for wear/damage in the future. He then also went through our box of chemicals left by the previous owner and showed us what to use and what to toss. Then we wrote down a schedule for our weekly maintenance going forward. Quality of some work is questionable on siding, flashing and back porch rebuild. Gaps, caulking not…read moredone where there are gaps, house wrap exposed, new flashing not put around attic windows, uneven edges of jpanels in areas, bathroom exhaust is under the soffit not coming out like it use to and should be, new electrical outlets installed were never inspected and sounds like not to code, back porch has numerous issues, posts not in contact with cement, nails sticking out, joists not touching the support underneath, cracks in materials, some posts are movable on posts for steps, gaps between spindles are inconsistent, screws were not counter sunk leaving jagged edges. Awning or roofing over back porch was not done. We were told to deal with the awning ourselves. This was work due to hail damage, so insurance coverage. Continually told there were upgrades and they were free. We opted not to have some things repaired due to minor damage and not replacing the shutters. Told by Zach that he never trusted us, said he would put a lean on our house when we questioned the billing. We never said we wouldn't pay. He would not provide us with invoices with breakdown of materials and labor. Said he recorded some of our conversations although we believe this to be a lie, very intimidating and fear tactics used. He used all the money on so called upgrades that he continued to say were free, we don't know what they are. We did do some add ons and were pressured to replace the flashing and wrap around windows and doors after I confirmed we did not want to replace it earlier in the process. He continued to repeatedly talk about siding the entire garage when we told him right away we did not have the funding to do so at this time. He used the rest of the money for garage repairs on these supposed upgrades that again we were told were 'free'. So we have no insurance money not toward garage repairs. Another contractor says he cannot give us an estimate for roofing the back porch because the porch will not pass inspection. When questioned a few times about minor issues he immediately pulled the crew off the job. I am the main contact and doer which he seemed to not like because I am a woman. We didn't say a lot of things because we were concerned he would delay work which he did then blamed us for his crew being behind. Zach said the crew was behind schedule due to our many changes. He said they would do three sides of the house and finish the last side once the bow window was replaced. Instead he waited until late November when the window was installed. We didn't change things. He decided not do do several things he originally said he woukd do that were included in the insurance quote. He actually didn't physicalky do any of the construction work, he subcontracts. I could go on and on. The bottom line is we were taken advantage of and made the mistake of paying in full. We were told we would receive a warranty for the roofing and the certication that they are certified to do that work. We have yet to receive these items and he has not responded to our request. The only thing we got was here is your warranty without any information. ZP Construction submitted one invoice to our insurance and a different invoice to us. Our insurance adjuster has told us this is INSURANCE FRAUD. We are investigating how we should proceed with not having things done properly or not at all based on the insurance quote. Buyer beware! Thoroughly check on licenses, certifications, references, etc before employing a company.

Due to the historic rain on Saturday/Sunday I had water in my basement near the sump pump due to a…read morebroken check valve on my sump pump. I was also worried about water in another part of my basement on the carpet. Alex checked out both of my concerns. He replaced the broken check valve and explained how the water seeped up through the concrete in the carpeted area because my sump pump could not keep up. Alex is very friendly and professional, arrived on time, explained his findings, did the job, cleaned everything up. I called on Sunday and Alex was here on Monday. Cost is very reasonable. It's hard to find a good honest plumbing company. Morris Plumbing LLC is one of those rare finds.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Had multiple problems with Phil's…read moreinstall. We had upgraded to wire cables and paid more for it versus the rope system. Cables never worked and he said he never installed them before. Then switched to rope cables without any money back or even an apology. Had multiple problems with getting Phil to call back, help when our brand new cover had multiple problems and wasn't working correct. It gets worse! Then we had a lein put on our brand new house because Phil's guy put a Lein on it because he didn't get paid. Which we did pay but Phil obviously wasn't paying his guy and that is who our contract was with is Phil. Still to this day $12,000 cover doesn't open or close correctly. Phil also would just walk right into our house with his shoes on like he owned the place. Very rude and disrespectful. Then Phil sells- to Bill Lemke. Another person hard to get an hold of, doesn't return calls and forgets who his clients are to open and close pools. Has NOT been helpful at all. Bill promises to come out and then never does or shows up a week later with no insight to what's going on! We are still waiting 3 years to get our light fixed on our pool. We stopped using this company after all this and now we use Swimming Pools Services LLC and have had no issues at all with the service. DO NOT USE Premier Pools

I can't say enough good things about Phil and Premier Pools. I have had constant issues with a…read morerecently built pool and Phil has willingly jumped in to help me resolve issues of replacing failed equipment and most importantly troubleshooting leaks that have been a constant issue since the pool was built less than 4-years ago by another local pool builder. The original pool builder was slow to respond, did not prioritize fixing a pool they built and basically left us hanging. Phil has been extremely responsive, professional, has deep expertise, helps to educate us on what is going on and committed to seeing that the job is done right. I give him the strongest recommendation possible!
