This cute little hand rolled ice cream shop is located in the Orange Park mall. This would be a perfect spot to take your kids or a date! I was introduced to this restaurant through the too good to go app. It's always a bonus when a restaurant helps to reduce food waste! I have tried over six different flavors of their ice cream so far each of them has been great! I need to come back and get the full experience and service so I can give another review! This is probably one of the best pumpkin ice cream I have had. And the exhausted parent ice cream, which I believe is coffee or espresso based with chocolate. The staff were kind and helpful. Great experience at Swirl Suites. The place was cute and decked out for Valentines day made it very photogenic. The server was very patience with me and my grandbabies as we took awhile doing tastings until they decided on some flavors. today I went to try this rolled ice cream and was very disappointed to find that the staff was very unknowledgeable on the items as well as time management skills. I sat patiently waiting for my icecream for 32 minutes. whenever she finally got to my order after taking and giving out orders to customers who were there after me she informed me that she actually didn't have the stuff to make my icecream. i was so disappointed and after waiting for such a long time and having other obligations to attend this afternoon, i unfortunately had to settle for just a scoop and didn't even get a "have a good day" on my way out. if i could put zero stars i would. read more

Swirl Suites is a great spot. I was there for a Yelp Elite event, and I tried a delicious chocolate milkshake. They also had Valentine's Day goodies amongst the decorated shop. It was a super filling treat and certainly filled my sweet tooth. The staff had a lot of customers when we arrived and handled that well, even with the extra steps of rolling ice cream. I loved my visit to Swirl Suites. Since they had a wide variety of options for the Yelp Elite event, I decided to mix it up and go with the milkshake. I combined the coffee flavor with the turtle. YUM!! My only complaint is that it was too much goodness. I got full pretty fast, but opted for the tummy ache to finish it. No regrets ;) The staff was super welcoming and handled the crowds well. I was quite surprised when I first came in ... very nice. The place was spacious, clean, airy, and definitely ice cream Parlor flare : cute 2 seated tables and booths . I tried their "ice cream nachos " it was surprisingly good. It comes with 2 scoops of ice cream ,or more, but with an extra charge per scoop., I had a scoop of pistachio and one Dulce de leche, along with the waffle cone nachos . I have to admit it was a nice change from the traditional ice cream on a cone or cup. Don't get me wrong, I still like the traditional scoop in a waffle cone, but this was a novice way to experience ice cream. Service was amazing ! When my God baby wants ice cream, his GiGi delivers! We recently stopped by Swirl Suites for an after school snack and were in for the best kind of treat! Swirl Suites is a fairly new ice cream parlor in the Orange Park Mall and they are serving us some delectable treats! With over 20 rotating flavors including dairy free options, bubble waffles, and ice cream nachos, there's something for everyone to enjoy! Because I'm so ready for all things Fall, I decided to try one of their seasonal menu items, the pumpkin cheesecake rolled ice cream! I've never tried rolled ice cream and it was a pretty cool process to watch! The ice cream was so delicious! They also switch out their menus often so I can't wait to visit again to try their winter flavors around the holidays! I also ordered a Belgian waffle and topped it with more ice cream and pecans and it was everything! Needless to say, we enjoyed our after school treat that day! Please read all of review! I have never been to this place and it came up on an app. I frequent called too good to go. It is to help eliminate food waste some restaurants use it not many you're supposed to buy a reduced price bag of items from specific retailers to help them combat waste, it was supposed to be worth $21.99. I got one $9.95 pint of ice cream and one regular size run-of-the-mill Hershey bar. I will return because of the aesthetic and the product looked amazing. The ice cream I got is really good but the value that I was to receive definitely wasn't there unless the Hershey costs $12 with that being said please go check them out.
