Just left store at 12:18 they said they ran out of popcorn chicken yesterday and didn't have time to make any more, I also see they open at 10am so I'm kind of confused as to why it wasn't prepared seeing as it is a new day and it's noon. Canceled my whole order which I was planning on it being a big order as I live in Orlando and wanted to take some teas and sweets back home, will not be back. First time here. I love that you have the option of % of sugar, great for diabetics! And the option of how much ice you want. I ordered the original boba milk tea. Unfortunately the milk was starting to go bad and a bit ruined so... My husband had the Pineapple Green Tea and it was delicious! Very refreshing and sweet. I highly recommend! He also had the Caramel Croissant and it was amazing! A toasted large enough for 2 croissant, filled with whipped cream and topped with salted nuts and caramel sauce. Was also great. After a hearty dinner at Hong Kong Bistro, we went next door to @mistea_bubbletea_dessert for a little after dinner sweet snack. We got the caramel croissant and a refreshing pineapple green tea. A light and airy croissant is split down the middle, filled with sweet cream, and topped with mixed nuts, powdered sugar, and caramel sauce. A beautiful combination of salty and sweet. The pineapple green tea was delicious with chunks of pineapple and slightly sweet finish. Drinks for the kids, fun decor, simple tables if staying in. Menu- wide array of drink options. Service- nice, quick, greeted right away. Kids had a mango slush, mango coconut milk boba drink, strawberry coconut milk boba drink. They liked their drinks, didn't love them in comparison to a couple other spots we frequent. Mango flavor was a bit off two of them as well. The tried all and thought the mango slush was the best option of the three drinks. read more

This place used to be Tutem Tea and now it's a new Boba Tea place called MisTea. The knocked down the original wall and vertical bar area it used to have and made the tea area at the back of the shop only, which makes it a lot more comfortable to sit. They have 3 claw machines to the left when you come in and a huge wall of plushies which is perfect for pictures. However it lacks the old classy essence of tutem, which simply appeals to a different demographic (I'd say more similar to tsaocaa). Overall, it's a cute place, but atmospheric-ly comes off as louder despite it being a quiet place. They do sell small trinkets at the front, which also makes it feel a bit more diverse. They're trying to go for a clean and cute aesthetic. They staff was kind and attentive. I went on a Sunday around noon, and there wasny anyone else there. Service was fast, 5 minutes maximum. As your local boba tea addict I can say this place does a fair job with their brulee flavors. In comparison to Paris bahn mi and treata, it's somewhere in the middle. They do lack a little with the fruity teas however, so if you want to get boba here get the Milky ones. But I could be comparing the fruity teas to Tutem. They do have these very cute coconut desserts that also looks a little like a drink. I haven't ordered it, but it looks very unique and something I'd like to try in the future. Don't let the departure of Tutem leave you MisTea-eyed, and try out mistea. It's cute and convenient. read more

While I have no complaints about the drinks or ice cream, the service was lacking . There was only one person working and I placed an order for 2 drinks and 2 rolled ice creams. She made the drinks, then took another order and made their drinks before starting the ice cream. She made one ice cream and took 2 more orders. I walked up to ask how much longer as she had started to make drinks for another order. I told her the 4 year old was tired of waiting. She told me she would get right on it but took more orders. They need to complete an entire order before starting another. Or have another person working. read more

This is a new bubble tea shop located next to Hong Kong bistro. They have a wide variety of boba teas and slushies. I enjoyed their classic boba tea. The space is clean and inviting, they even have several claw machines you can try your luck with. The service was nice, although it is a little slow. There are also some dessert offerings on the menu as well. I look forward to returning! read more

I used to go to Mistea super often but recently the owner changed and I understand these people are new but like :/ I ordered from the kiosk (which didn't even print me a receipt but a blank paper) since the 3 ladies up front seems really busy with 4 other drinks. I waited like another 15 mins and I had to go but I still didnt have my drink. There was no other customers in the store so I went to ask for a refund because they didn't even notice my order nor had they started making it but the lady said my drink was really quick and she insisted and I asked twice for a refund but she started making it and I didn't want to kick up a fuss. So I got it and left but I ordered it with boba and half sugar but it had no boba and was extremely sweet. Sure they were polite but at that point I spent almost 10 bucks for ONE cup of boba and it wasn't even right. I called back the number listed (904) 568-7325, but they hung up after saying hello and I called back a second time but a guy speaking Spanish picked up asking if i speak Spanish... So I'm 10 dollars down and I have a cup of boba that I'm gonna have to water down. I wouldn't have left this review if they let me get a refund or actually made my drink right even after the first 15 mins wait. read more

Mistea replaces another bubble tea shop that was previously in its place. It's a standard bubble tea place with typical bubble tea flavors. Boba is included in the price of the milk teas. It has a few claw vending machines which cost $1 a play. Would come back to play the machines. read more

I get the same drink at every boba place...passionfruit lime. This is my new favorite. It is SO fresh and the drink isn't packed with ice and fruit slices. There is actually BEVERAGE in the cup. You can also choose no ice, which one of my kids does, and of course, choose the sugar level. My kids rank this one first on the boba list, too. Employees are friendly, service is efficient. We haven't tried any desserts, yet, as they are still getting up and running. read more

First time visiting Mistea and the atmosphere was pleasantly different compared to other tea shops in Jax. Maybe it was the claw machines, or the food-themed pillows, or the food itself haha. We ordered 2 of the dessert croissants and they were the perfect amount of sweetness and fluffiness. Our teas were delicious and out quick even with a mini-rush of people.
