The inside of the pot pie was filled with large chunks of chicken and a nice veggie mix....and gravy!

We stopped by for lunch and were quickly led outside to a delightful little nook in their rear dining area. We were a group of five and our hostess found the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our lunch. Our drink orders were filled quickly. I had a local pilsner that was on tap and quite good. I ordered their Cubano sandwich and my partner had their potpie offering. Both arrived nice and hot and looked delicious. My Cubano was very good, the mix of meats included capri cola, chorizo and pork shoulder worked well with their homemade pickles. The house chips were a delight too. The missus' potpie was, in a word, massive. It featured a pie crust that enclosed the ingredients, not just covering the top as done in other establishments. The crust was baked to perfection and the innards very good. All told, a great dining experience for my crew.

Our food was very good here. My family enjoyed it overall. Good selection of beers, wine, & drinks. Really cool vibe on the inside. French dip sandwich was outstanding. Really liked the pretzel app too. Their house made chicken pot pie crust was super good but hardly had any chicken unfortunately. Service was friendly, but it was very very slow as an FYI.

Super cute local bar! They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I love the aesthetic decor inside (vibrant umbrellas lining the ceiling) and also found the back patio to be very enjoyable (fairy lights and a warm fire). The owners are very helpful, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I ordered the flatbread (pretty good), but the vodka-based cocktail was the real crowd winner!

Atmosphere: A+ Food and drinks: A+ Service: C We were seated by a super sweet hostess on the patio, but then no server for 10 minutes. I asked the hostess if we could get a server and nothing. I finally asked a server who walked by our table at least 3 times if he could help us and he seemed a bit annoyed but took our order. Apparently he was at the tail end of his shift. We still enjoyed ourselves.

Ordered three apps for the table as a pre-lunch snack. Service was ok. Lady was nice but not overly attentive to our table. Felt like an old historic home converted to a restaurant, which was cool but didn't feel like a wine bar. Ordered the Greek plate, buffalo cauliflower and pretzel with cheese. Should have tried a larger lunch item but we had just ate!

The ambiance is fantastic, beer on tap is tasty, and the pretzel, wow! Service was attentive and we didn't have to wait for anything.

We stumbled upon this place and had a great lunch here. The decor is Whimsical with umbrellas, adjourning the ceilings, and lots of bright color. Our server was a nice older man who took careof us. We ended up getting a flatbread, which was delicious. It wasn't like a fluffy flatbread, such as I was imagining but more like a tortilla pizza type of situation, but it was still good. We also split a large salad that had grilled cheese, tomato, and balsamic which was so delicious. The flatbread and large pizza was perfect for a lighter lunch. Would recommend and would come back.

Cute spot! Came here with the hubs on a late Sunday afternoon to enjoy a bevvie before heading back to Denver. Big fan of the decor and their quaint little outdoor seating. We only had wine so I can't speak for the food, but it looked quite tasty! The hubs had a local red wine and I went with a bubbly - both were well priced and hit the spot. We also ordered their house-made ginger beer to go, which seemed to be an odd request but they rolled with it and it was very yummy and refreshing. Staff was great - everyone was super friendly and we had multiple folx come check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They also gave us huge carafes of water which I always appreciate in the Colorado heat. I would absolutely come back here.

Awesome place where every tiny is made in house!! Delicious food, friendly service, and a cool atmosphere and decorations throughout. The wife and I stopped in for lunch on a quiet Wednesday and our meals were delicious, along with tasty drinks. Will absolutely be going back again.

Warm, 'from scratch' good food sounded great on this blustery cold Saturday! Four of us met at Swirl for drinks and lunch. My HOUSE GRILLED CHEESE w brisket was wonderful and filling! Soft baguette, with several types of melted cheese and a roasted tomatoes. Other friends had the BEEF SHEPHERD'S PIE and INCLINE SALAD, both raved throughout the meal how good the food tasted! Jolliet, our server, kept the front room moving by herself on this busy lunch ride, our water and drinks were never empty! Although we didn't have wine, it was clear from the menu (and pairing suggestions) that the owners know what they are doing with bringing in a fabulous wine selection. Two people, lunch and drinks = $67

Stopped here for dinner after pikes peak. It's nice little place. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered 1. Brie dip, buffalo cauliflower , margarita flat bread, cheese sandwich and goat something ( portabella) . Everything was good.

The first time I was there was many years ago, when the warm fireplace with couches was a centerpiece and memorable. It's upstairs, off the street, windows looking out. I finally made it back with a friend, and we had a great time; however, as John C. said in his comments, I can relate to the (still current) problems they seem to be facing with only one employee available, and no one to make the cheese fondue we were looking forward to. We settled for a cheese and hummus & olive plates, which were good, just not what we wanted. I do not recall the fireplace going. There were a couple of other parties seated at tables, and it seemed as though our server was a bit overwhelmed. He did know about the wine, which we appreciated. I do not wish to write off this special place and am hopeful they will make improvements based on reviews like this one.

It was pretty magical since it was absolutely adorable in there. There were two staff members who were so cool. They made some recommendations, chatted for a little, and really made out short time there really lovely. 100% will be back for dessert and a glass of wine.

Tapas are such a great option for anyone who likes menu sampling, and this place is also on a certified gluten free restaurant list (per my friend and dining partner) for anyone that might be curious. We came in for an early-ish lunch on a Saturday and were seated on their patio right away. The area was super spacious and felt private at the table we had despite being surrounded by other people. It was a beautiful day so the patio was very comfy; I hate being too hot or too cold when eating, so this was perfect. We took a very long time catching up, but our waitress was extremely friendly and patient. She was great. We ordered a couple of dishes to start (tacos and a salad) and chatted away until we chose our next plates. Each dish that came out was very tasty, beautifully presented, and arrived very quickly. My favorites were the dates and crème brûlée dishes lol. I've had a massive sweet tooth lately so I found these extra yummy. Price was pretty reasonable for two people; our bill came out to be about $75, and that included two mixed drinks as well as all of the food seen here (though don't be fooled because we got two plates of the dates!). I wish there were more places like this up by me, but I do have a couple of very good reasons to frequent Colorado Springs, so I'm positive I'll be back. I'm looking forward to making my way through the menu and excited to try everything!

We had taken reviewers advice to make reservations, which proved invaluable, as the place was packed..on a Monday at 6pm. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. I had mentioned on our reservation we were celebrating a birthday, and I think every member of the front end wished me Happy Birthday at least once! Overall, service throughout was impeccable! I am a huge fan of Chicken Parm, and have struggled over the years to find a version that compares to my favorite Italian eatery in NYC...pounded super thin with crispy breading and nearly overflowing the plate. I have found a new favorite, and confess I couldn't finish it. My wife had the Chicken Valeria which also was outstanding. Entrees come with a side salad...House or Caesar for a small upcharge. Both fresh and plentiful. After the mains, we had no room for dessert..as usual, but we were surprised with a pistachio cannoli for the birthday boy and it was easily one of the best cannoli we have enjoyed...even across may travels to Italy and NY. Overall an awesome dining and birthday experience, and probably good it's not in my hometown in NC as I would likely get in trouble! Five plus stars!!
