I wish I could give this place five stars but the end of the night has me frustrated which is why it's four. I'll start with the positive. The food is fantastic. Steak bites, truffle fries, brownie skillet... I want to come back just to try more food alone. This was insane and the pricing was good, the value was good, and I even ordered truffle fries to go because I loved it so much! What is super fun is that they now have wine tastings on Tuesdays and it is a great deal. $12 for four wines. Someone tells you about each wine and it's a great way to sample a bunch of wines, both local and not. I was super excited about that! I will again, come back to do that! Lots of positives there. And our server was very sweet. She was checking in and making sure we were doing well. I wish I knew her name but sadly I don't. But she was so kind and had a great personality. And everything came out fast! The vibes are also good. I love the outdoor seating/patio options for a hot summer night. And it was very lush. It's funny because I had never heard of this place before but it is in a fantastic area near Night Ramen and Provision Bakery (two amazing spots). Breakfast at Provision, apps and drinks at My Cellar Wine Bar, and maybe a dinner at Night Ramen. Haha! Just kidding, but again, great spot. Here's where I have issues. I worked in the restaurant industry for six years. I understand staying over close and even coming in close to close is a no no (at least for me). But we arrived at 7:30 pm and stayed until 9:45 pm. One of my best friends is getting married so she wanted to show us her dress and share her excitement. At 9 pm (note they close at 10 pm), they turned on the lights, began sweeping, closed the kitchen, and even at one point blasted music. We asked the waitress when they closed the wine bar. 10 pm. But what frustrated me the most is that the manager (I assume) came over and was acting extremely condescending. "I know you girls are having such a good time!!" And was trying to usher us out. Girl. You don't close until 10 pm. It's 9:45. If you didn't want us to stay, then maybe change the hours. I don't care if we are the only ones there. It was extremely rude and the way she said it felt, as I said, condescending. Like we were young and dumb or something. As a diner, I expect great service. Which we got for the most part. But to kick us out before it closes is unprofessional and frustrating. Of course we left, but god forbid a girl get excited about her wedding and wants to share all about it. This left a sour taste in my mouth and again, if you wanted to close early, maybe don't tell patrons the actual time you close: 10 pm. We bought a lot and a bottle of wine. Let us finish our glasses and I promise we will leave before close. I would still come back, but maybe I'll go to Vine and Wheel or another wine bar first. read more

Popped in for the first time, and I'm kicking myself that I didn't know this spot was here before now. The staff was so well informed about wine selections and the libations were amazing! I sat next a wall/door that would open during nice weather, and as we were leaving there were groups of people playing mahjong! How cool! We had our monthly book club meet up at My Cellar Wine Bar. It was a very beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor seating (pretty patio with string lights). We intended on sitting outside, but the weather didn't agree. The views were beautiful from the patio and most of the inside seating. We sat in the living room which was nice and private. Service was slow paced but still attentive. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant. The owners were really nice. Food was great! I didn't have any wine, but the other ladies enjoyed their wines. I'd definitely return in the future for a snack and sunset. read more

I was contracted to paint their new location and delivered a high-quality finish despite the challenges of working with an older masonry interior. The entire project was completed on a tight 3-day turnaround. Following completion, the property experienced flooding issues, and I went above and beyond my scope of work to assist with cleanup. Additionally, there are visible mold concerns on-site, which, as a licensed contractor and mandatory reporter, I am obligated to take seriously. Despite all work being completed to a high standard, payment has been refused. At this point, a lien has been formally filed. I tried out My Cellar Wine Bar on a Friday night. It wasn't too crowded. Inside ambience was nice and cozy. We would have dined outside, but it was too cold for a June summer night in cold Colorado. My friend and I had drinks and shared the charcuterie board for two, the dirty martini dip and the spicy chicken flat bread. The charcuterie board and the dirty martini dip was a good portion size for two people. We when asked, They gladly served us more bread for the dip. I didn't care for the flatbread. It was enough for two people to share, but it was more on the dip dish pizza side and a bit soggy. The flat bread didn't hold up to the toppings. The spicy level on the spicy chicken was too much and unappetizing. Service was good, they kept checking on us throughout the evening. The drink prices were a bit high. So I only ordered one glass of the lavender lemonade spritzer. I should have ordered the wine. read more

I will first say that the food is...incredible. The food is the saving grace for this place in our opinion. If I were to just rate the food it would've easily been a 5. Unfortunately, the service was not great. I went to brunch with three of my friends and none of us had been here and were excited. A couple of us were going to get the unlimited mimosas ($30 a person for 2 hours) but they would not allow us to have the juice on the side. I will preface that we have been to a handful of other places with unlimited mimosas and none of them had issues doing that, so for them to not allow it was definitely disappointing. So, we opted for other drinks instead. The group favorite was the limoncello mimosa, it was really good....not too sweet. Here's where the big issue comes in....our server started out very sweet but when we expressed that one of us have a severe nut allergy is where things got complicated and the server got rude. We expressed to her about the allergy and asked if anything that had nuts or was topped with nuts for that to be on the side. Understandably while my friend can't eat nuts, the rest of us can, so we figured that was the best solution. The server agreed but then brought the Brie out and it had pistachios surrounding the Brie and in the sauce. When we asked about this and mentioned that we told her about the nut allergy she said she "only put that for the board" and then offered to fix it (with attitude). After going back to talk to the chef for the remake, she came out and said "my chef was wondering if you also consider sesame seeds a nut" to which we responded no, because they aren't, and then she rolled her eyes and walked back to the kitchen. She was "annoyed" several times after that but then did finish off the meal nicely. When she brought out the board and set it down she didn't cover anything that was on it (we were confused on what everything was) and then we also realized after a couple minutes that the crab cakes weren't there. She then said "they are coming". The chef then delivered the crab cake and without us asking went over everything on the board which was incredibly helpful. And I can't express enough that the food was incredible. Although we did not get the nuts that were supposed to be on the Brie or with the board but we knew asking the server for that would've just caused more frustration on both sides. I'm not sure if we will be back. While the food is incredible, the service is a huge factor when choosing a place. I also noticed later that this seems like it might not be a one off...hopefully they figure that out moving forward. read more

My husband and I happened upon this tucked-away wine bar and we were excited to try it. Short story... we LOVED it! Long story... here's all the reasons why: The wine: The menu had a large variety of wines as well as a small selection of beer and cocktails for non wine drinkers. We each ordered a different wine flight which came with three small pours followed by a full pour of whichever was our favorite. The flight presentation was cute and practical, three stemless wine glasses on a slate board with the wine types written under each glass. We both leaned toward a clear favorite but it was fun to taste them all. The food: We ordered a food flight that came with three types of warm bites (all amazing!) and a charcuterie board. Every item on that board was unique and delicious. Our favorites were a blueberry cheese and a chunk of honeycomb. The service: Our server Tess was so helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable on the wines and food. She educated us on what the items were and where they came from. One of the owners, Eric, was very nice and talked to us for a bit about the wines and the restaurant. The ambiance: The furniture and decor were tasteful and eye-catching. There was art for sale on the walls. We visited on a quiet Sunday evening with only a couple of other tables seated along with us. But there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate on busier nights. We really enjoyed our experience at My Cellar Wine Bar and will absolutely be coming back again soon! read more

The 3 star has nothing to do with the service or the taste of the food. The service was good and the food tasted good. My wife and I work very hard and can't afford to go out for a nice date night very often and decided to try somewhere new and have a nice evening with wine, however for the amount of food you get is pretty crazy.... Pretty insane it's 20$ for something the size of a decent size apple fritter that probably cost about 1.50$ in bread and very little prosciutto and cheese to make. For 100$ meal for a small flatbread each and one flight of wine and one spritzer, I'd expect to not want to go to in'n'out after because I'm still hungry. It was decent, but not worth my hard earned money to go back again. Genuinely thank you for the good service, and I know others will fill your seats. Just won't be me. read more

Beautiful spot with a great view from the patio. Friendly staff. They are obviously still learning, but it's ok as they are a very new place. We were a larger group with split tabs. Some of us had wine flights, and others had the cocktails. Everyone loved their drinks! We ordered the dates, they were very small compared to what I'm used to, but delicious. We also ordered the largest charcuterie board, and everyone really enjoyed it! I had mentioned that I had seen a post on FB of a dip trio they had but didn't see it on the menu. The chef came and spoke with me and explained that was a Father's Day special. However, she still whipped us up a smaller version of a dip trio with what she had available. It was so good! My friends and I stumbled across this place during my Colorado vacation, and I'm so glad we did! If I lived here, I would totally become a regular who brings a book, orders a small charcuterie board, a glass of wine, and just relaxes for hours. We tried Sheryl's favorite flatbread, The Cellar Charcuterie medium, the molto mushroom panini, and a flight of wine. Sheryl's favorite was to die for; the flavors were incredible. What I loved about the flight was that it comes with three samples, and then you pick which one you like the best, and you get a full glass of that one, all included in the flight pricing. The restaurant itself was beautiful on the inside, with an outdoor patio offering great views of the sunset behind the mountains. The owners were so lovely and really made us feel at home.
