I used to go here when it was full service with inside detailing. Now, you have to do your own interior sweeping. No thanks.

I paid $24 for the best wash with the ceramic coating. The machine stopped 3 times while I was running it. The ceramic coat part didn't even turn on! (Video below). The buffer dried half the car. Then they have removed the fragrance and glass cleaner they used to have. Half the vacuums in the parking lot didn't work. And the ones that worked sucked very weakly. After I wiped the car down to dry it, the towels I used were very dirty, meaning their wash didn't remove the dirt! Oh, the tire shine is just water. Looks ok in the parking lot but when you get home the tires are dull as always. read more

I've been visiting here every since they opened and consider them to be one of the top places to get a wash. It's your next best thing to a hand wash, which I usually get. But if I'm in the area, I will come here instead, especially for their interior services. Their prices are way less than Mister and their nozzle options are better for self-serve. Their tunnel consists of foam strands, not the typical brushes which make swirls and scratch your paint. They also offer doggy washes too, but I've never actually seen anyone use it. Evn though this is a newer car wash in the Westchase area, their interior waiting room is currently under renovation, but should be nice when they're finished. read more

Skip this wash! BEWARE! Drove thru the car wash for $50 (+ full service wipe down). They turned off the top rollers so the drive thru wash didn't even clean the top of my entire car. I asked if I could drive through one more time just to ensure that everything got a good "power washing" at least and Scott the "manager" said no that they don't allow you to go through twice even though it didn't clean all the bugs off my car side mirrors and nothing on top of the car was cleaned. So, I'm left with a half cleaned car and I paid $50 and they didn't clean the hood or the top of my car in the car wash.... This joke of a "manager" Scott needs to learn customer service, and accommodate guests with simple requests. I would have been happy enough to go thru once more for the price I paid. Paid $35 for a car wash & a detail & they had 2 people working! While other staff walking around doing absolutely nothing! I talked to the so called Manager but I don't think he was little kid. He said the other 2 people are at lunch which makes no sense. Why have / people that work in the same area leave for lunch! Poor management. Tooled 25 minutes for someone start on my car......... Now I see how good this detail is going to be for this price but I make sure to write another review on the actual cleaning of the car. Well the two employees that did the detail did a great job. Stopped by here because it had later closing hours than the popular ones in the area.... BAD IDEA. I did one of the lower end washes ($12) and it came out SO unclean. I even noticed new scratches..... the car in front of me at the exit of the wash, was hurdling back and forth and almost ran into my car. We were both very confused! Mister is so much better and more bang for your buck even though here you get some extra perks- but overall I'm here for exterior quick wash and this DID NOT do the job. Better off going through a Shell or HEB wash... I had a shine spray, microfiber cloth, tire shine, and leather wipes in my car to be prepared but my wheels were STILL SO DUSTY after my wash. Bad equipment here that does a whole lot of NOTHING. Be prepared to do it all yourself when you're vacuuming your car for free. read more

This used to be my favorite car wash especially because is so close to my house. The wash is horrible now my car comes out with foam. The vacuums suck, they have a poor and weak suction that it takes for ever to vacuum the car. Okay... car wash opens @ 7am on Sunday's. I work 6days per week so my time... my 24 free hours per week are VERY important to me. I don't appreciate jerked around, I arrive at 6:30am, get a coffee from neighbouring coffee shop, grab newspaper and approach car wash at 7:15am. Attendant tells me they open full service at 8am... disappointing but I get it... I start to go home but notice my watch, after driving for a bit, shows 7:35am... I'm like ok I can find something to do until 8am. I return at 7:59am only to be told that the manager now says that full service opens at 9am Very disappointed. As I sit and write this I notice a figure approach my car... seems to be mgr. I explain what I just wrote and he offers to take me early. I accept life is getting better. This has become by go to car wash spot. It's really great for what it is and offers one of the best tunnel systems in town. The tire shine applicator is a little generous and I have to often tell them to turn it off when I get my car washed. The monthly membership is quite reasonable and easily pays for itself after 2 to 4 visits. While there is a drying system in the tunnel the self serve system requires you vacuum and dry your own vehicle. They also have a sent applicator and glass clear in addition to vending machines that provide water, towels and various scents for your vehicle. The dog wash is a fun plus and something I would like to try for my dog someday. read more

Received terrible customer service and Kevin, the on-site manager, just said "they're not responsible" and walked away. I really wanted to like this place. I came on a Monday to get full service. I was told that due to there only being 3 people working they were not offering full service. I said ok. I came back on Thursday morning, today. I asked for full service. I was told that I had to have an appointment. I said that would've been nice to know when I came on Monday. The guy said they don't start full service until 10AM and he would take me. I'm like cool. I arrived at 920AM. The place is so convenient to bring the car for a full service! Alex and his team did an amazing job cleaning up my car after going on a trip with dogs. The backseat and trunk were full of dog hair and they were able to remove every last hair. Great location too, instead of sitting and waiting for the car to be done, I was able to walk for lunch. Absolutely love this place now! They did an amazing job cleaning my car and all for 25 bucks! Can you really beat that! They washed the outside through a machine ( beware tho loose parts can possibly come off happened to my fiancé with his rear view mirror cover, they found it and put it back on but you know FYI). They clean the inside of the car about 3-4 people work on it, so they go very fast. They shampooed my car mats and cleaned my leather seats. Idk what they use on the seats but my seats have never looked so good!!! The lasting effect was the sent they used ! It's was divine and lasted a few days! I will definitely be back! read more

Nice place. Clean. I actually came to use the dog wash and it is hands down the best place to bathe your four legged friend in Houston. The dog wash bays are clean, in great working order, and have good quality soaps and warm water that is great for your pup. I was also pleasantly surprised with the blow dryers. I ended up not even using the towels that I brought because my dogs were dry enough to load up and head home. Will definitely be back and will try the car wash next time. read more

I have been here before and got better service. I'm not sure if it was because it was close to closing for the full service or what but the job was rushed and incomplete. I got their at 4:30 and full time service stops at 5pm. Maybe in future they may want to stop full-time service say 4pm or sooner. I already had problem because the price had gone up but in the description I was told for 35 dollars they would clean wheels really good but that was not the case. If full service, a customer service employee sets up your wash selection you pay them and you are set. I chose the Silver $25 option, you're directed to the first section of the car wash, the tunnel gauntlet of sudsy goodness to clean your vehicle.
