I had high hopes and this place fell flat pretty much across the board. I paid $81 dollars for a car wash which included scrubbed floor mats. That was not done, nor was interior vacuuming, dash or seat/door side wipe down. There was bird poop on the windows still when I left even after I asked them to wipe them down again. I was told it was because I parked my car outside.... Ummm yeah.... I also drove it outside to get here too... : / I don't know what the $81 was supposed to get me, but it wasn't worth it. My car looks like i did a gas station drive through wash and they scuffed my side view mirror. P.s. Several years ago, I used to be a regular at Prestige, but switched to MCW for convenience (bad choice). After a terrible experience at Mister Car Wash on Gessner that left a bunch of spots all over the hood of my brand new car today, I stopped by Prestige to see if they could remove the spots. Like I remembered, the staff was super friendly and attentive. They suggested that I have the hood polished and they would let me know if that didn't work before continuing/charging me. Thankfully, the polish worked so my car is back looking like new! The attention to detail and care provided by Prestige is worth every penny. Don't waste your money at big chains that don't care. I've been coming to this business for years and I've never really had issue aside from the occasional missed spot or something similar but my most recent experience has left me with a very damaging outlook on my relationship with this establishment. I brought the car in for a standard wash and when I went to recieve my car I gave it a visual inspection as always to point out any missed spot or identify any damage and to my dismay I find that the rear bumper of my FK8 Civic Type-R, a limited production model vehicle mind you, had damage indicative of having it backed into the parking structure behind it. When I brought it to the attention of K.K. (manager working on 6/24/23) he offered to review video footage to see if it indeed took place in their care. The video showed that the person who parked my car in the drying area carport had indeed backed the car into the pole nearest the rear passenger side of the car as well as him stepping out of the car and checking to see if he hit it. When the driver was questioned he denied it and other staff noted that he was signalled to stop prior to making contact with the pole. The manager had his team buff out the affected area to remove the scuff marks and traided paint but the resulting dent requires replacement of the entire bumper. I was given a hand written voucher for a free standard wash good anytime as recompense since "there isn't any proof that he did it". I have tried to be ok with this but I simply cannot given that there is video of the incident taking place and I'm left holding the bag on the repair. The dent is small but it has resulted in a gap in the connecting panel, possibly jeopardizing the bumper clips, neither of which won't be fixed without replacement. The only reason I didn't leave one star was because there was some, albiet an overall unsatisfactory response to my incident. I nor anyone should pay to leave with a damaged vehicle and associated repair costs. read more

The first time I went here I wasn't satisfied with the service but I thought maybe they were having an off day and decided to give them a second chance. Today I went early, paid for a prestige wash to make sure it was more than a basic wash and they could be a bit more thorough. My car was not super dirty. There wasn't anything that a basic wipe and vacuum couldn't take care of, or so I thought. When my car was ready I got in and drove off without bothering to check because, again, the state of my car wasn't one that made me think needed inspection. When I got home and opened the back door I noticed my seats had not been vacuumed at all. They literally looked just like this when I drove there. I started inspecting this closer and noticed the console had not been vacuumed either and the cup holders had water spots that had not been cleaned up. Seeing how the owner answers to reviews it's clear he thinks this is acceptable will never accept responsibility, so I'll just find a different place and move on. read more

The workers at the car wash damaged my alloycover, and the owner immediately looked to make excuses. After services were completed, I noticed that the rubber seal for my Weathertech alloycover (for my truck bed) was no longer attached to the bed frame, and there were scraps on the paint of the cover frame. I immediately brought this to the attention of the worker and then got the owner. While the owner was trying to diagnose the situation, he immediately said this was an installation issue (not caused by his workers) and the scraps on the paint was due to wear and tear. I immediately responded by saying that I had not had any issue with this cover until now and the scraps on the paint were not there yesterday. The owner was also rude to me so I told him I would never come here again. After leaving, I inspected my truck and noticed a lot of areas that were still not clean. After spending $66, I was expected an excellent job. This place is not worth the money, and you should not go there to get your car washed. read more

If you need a good car wash for a decent price, this is the place to go. The prices vary by how big your car is but for my Prius it was $19. Right when I pulled up, they took my car to get vacuumed. You can clearly see from the window that they hand wash and vacuum everything. There are multiple people working on your car at once so be sure to leave a tip in the tip jar! My car was squeaky clean and I was happy to see all the dog hair from when I dog sat my friend's puppy was gone from my seats. Great service and a great price. Will be back again! I took my 2017 Tacoma for a wash and wax, it was $79 before tip. I took some time to compare the different hand car washes in a drivable distance from me and this seemed like a good price for the reputation it has. There were some other ones that varied in price and reviews. I had reached out on yelp and got a few quotes from different people and Prestige was relatively responsive and Kevin, the manager, had also given me the hour-1.5 hour completion time frame. I got in around 9:30AM on a Saturday. There was a line (I took that as a good sign), but it was only backed up as the place is relatively small and uses every part of its lot. I got in and paid with card (tip is cash only). The gentleman who followed was a regular and he vouched for Prestige. They have a waiting area that's open (but shaded) and I believe a smaller part of it is air conditioned. I was there for a little over an hour but I was satisfied with the cleaning. I think they could have done a little better with wiping down the surfaces. (I'm not sure if a deeper clean/wipedown was included in a different package.) Overall, I think Prestige is a good deal and I would come back again. I also might not get the wax as it didn't have the same effect as my previous car washer. At the same time, this is still probably the best wash wax deal. tl;dr Prestige is trustworthy and does well for the price. I would go back again and try the other packages. There is no wifi but the waiting area is sufficient. read more

Excellent job hand washing the exterior of my VERY dirty Subaru! I enjoyed watching how much time they spend on each car's exterior. Not so impressed with the inside, I had some important papers on the passenger seat, when I stepped back into my car the papers were scattered on the floor. I checked with the attendant before leaving my car if I needed to put my papers away and he assured me the attendants would work around them. SUPER DISAPPOINTED I went here bc the reviews were so good. Unfortunately I did NOT have a five star experience. The Asian woman that works here has a terrible attitude & is super rude. She charged me $62 for a regular car wash saying she had to charge me extra bc there were bugs on the windshield (as we had just driven in from the country) and dog hair on the rugs. When I got the car back the windows were all dirty and the items in my car had been thrown alllllll over the place, which resulted in a folder (and the important paperwork inside of it) being torn. I feel bad for the owner of this place bc so many of the reviews said how wonderful he was and that's the reason I went to Prestige instead of my usual car wash. Windows are dirty and still have dead bugs on them. i had to put more armour on all the tires and clean all the dirt off the bumpers and the entire truck.
