Repeat Customer here! We have a kitchen which sees a lot of sink use and abuse. Was very happy to to find Nick! I called him first because my son flushed a toy down the toilet, and he came over right away and use a huge pipe cleaning tool to try and push it out. That didn't work and while my husband and I were deciding what to do (we were gonna have him replace the toilet), my laundry room a few days later started overflowing with sewer water. We hadn't used the problem toilet at all so we were very confused! I called, and again Nick was able to make it to use the same day. He put a camera through our like 70ft of pipe and found the block where his camera couldn't pass through anymore. All the pipes in the house were backed up because of the clog, and the laundry was just the first to show it. So then we had a huge issue, we couldn't use any water without causing an overflow in the laundry room. Luckily, they came back bright and early the very next day and dug a six foot hole in our yard to get to this pipe and replace it. Turns out the pipe had a crack that was letting dirt in and would block the whole thing. Luckily AGAIN they found the toy, so we ended up being able to keep our original toilet. We also didn't have a clean out in the front of our house, so he added that while he was working. So all in all, our toilet issue was fixed, the broken and clogged pipe was fixed, and a clean out was installed for one flat fee. Three birds, one stone! He was pleasant to work with the whole time. I REALLY appreciate the pictures and videos he sent as he worked to keep up aware of the situation. Great communication, great team, great guy. I'm glad he was the one available to come help us out!
